experience contacting this company, chatting on the phone to the young lady that was making my booking, finding the right person for my husband and I for counselling. It was a great experience and yeah, I highly, highly recommend contacting them and getting support that you need to live a better, happier life with your partner or yourself or your children or whoever you need support with. Yeah, definitely recommend. Yeah, it was on the phone for, you know, a long time. She listened to everything I said and made sure she found the right match for my husband and I. And I'm really looking forward to our session. I'll keep you updated and leave another review once we've had our session with Adam.

From my very first contact with this company, the experience has been fantastic. The young lady who handled my booking was incredibly patient, compassionate, and took the time to really listen to our situation. We spent quite a while on the phone, and she made sure she understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for before carefully matching us with the right counsellor.

I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave us throughout the process. It made us feel heard, supported, and confident that we were being connected with the right person.

I would highly recommend reaching out to this service if you're looking for support for yourself, your partner, your children, or your family. Taking that first step can be difficult, but they made the process easy and reassuring.

We're really looking forward to our upcoming session with Adam. I'll be sure to come back and leave another review after we've had our appointment, but so far, I couldn't be happier with the service we've received.

I spoke to Amy who was absolutely amazing. She listed very patiently and in a very empathetic manner when I described what services I was looking for. She asked questions but not in an intrusive manner which made me feel very confident she was trying to make sure I would be booked in with someone with the best fit. The Hart Centre is professional, warm and responsive they provide great referrals and are easy to work with. The referral rate they charge is quite high but the referrals are quality and matched well.
