The Health Check was launched as part of a drive to reduce the huge costs of Covid-19 testing and to provide a fair price with polite and professional staff for patients and customers who may be suffering from Covid-19. We are also one of the few companies that have an active chat and telephone portal where customers can contact a human as opposed to an answering machine. We also deploy special testing strategies for very young and young children or adults and kids with special needs who may not be able to endure a long swab going into their nose and throats. All our staff are Enhanced DBS (Police) checked and are also trained in vaccination and calming methods to help even the most distraught patient take the test with relative ease. Testing rooms are private and special Covid-19 filtration and eliminating devices fitted. To ensure the further safety of customers and patients all staff are regularly checked for Covid-19 too. Failed to issue results in time
Results due in 2 hours actually took 24 hours. As Antigen fit to fly certificate must be max 24 hours before fligbt, issuing results AFTER flight departure is a joke. This is a scam test site. The 'test centre' in reality was a cheap budget travel agents! DO NOT USE.

Dear Sir, We try our best to deliver results on time, and have a very robust way for you to follow up the test in the event you do not receive. We even have a dedicated customer help line which is manned and not an automated message service. There were plenty of ways to get in touch with us, if your results were delayed. Many PCR sites are now located inside travel agents as it is more convenient, which is why you also went there.

I'm happy with the person who gave me detailed information on the phone and the swift service I got at the clinic/pharmacy in Rayners Lane. I was communicated with an immediate acknowledgment email and results were literally emailed within 24hours.
Great Service and good communication. Highly recommended.

Test done in a store room with no ventilation!
The test was done and results were given in good time. I was shocked to be put in a storeroom for a test with no distance between us. Gloves were not worn while taking the tube out etc. one glove was worn to do the test. No washing hand prior to that. This place definitely does not apply rules and regulations for cleanliness, keeping the distance and washing of hands. I will not be going there again.

Dear (Homee), I am glad you received the result in good time which indicates the test was done properly. Hands do not need to be washed, they are sanitised which was done. We obviously cannot have social distance at time of swabbing else we would not be able to swab, Hence a face shield was worn. wish you the best on your journey.
