Hearing test review
I was very nervous about being tested but I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed during the whole appointment.
The actual test was very efficient and well explained beforehand.
My results were explained to me very clearly as were the options available to me.
I highly recommend this service - it's fantastic to be able to access it.

I had a very good experience today ....
I had a very good experience today, I apologise as I have forgotten the young lady's name ..
she welcomed me into the room, explained about the service that she was offering and ran through it thoroughly
I left the building with my new hearing aids and was very comfortable walking through the shopping centre on my way home

No sales pressure and no quibble refund
What impressed me about Febin was the complete lack of sales pressure, allowing me lots of time to try out a couple of new aids, and most importantly refunding my money when i felt the aids were not sufficiently better than my NHS ones. When you’re potentially spending such a lot of money, it’s good to know this company can be trusted to treat you fairly.

Brilliant!
Caitlin was absolutely superb in improving my hearing and confidence dramatically. She cleared my blocked ears, gave me a hearing test and measured me for all-new aids and moulds all on our first meeting.
Previously all these things would have been carried out by different people at different surgeries on different dates.
And it was all done with such charm and professional skill that I feel as though I cannot express my appreciation enough ..

Great service.
My husband went to Plas Med for an assessment Sajana was excellent explaining clearly what my husband had to do regarding his hearing test.
He was fitted with hearing aids and what a difference it has made I cannot remember the last time I spoke to my husband without having to shout or repeat myself.
Excellent service and an extremely knowledgeable and caring audiologist.
