From the start it has not been a good experience. Firstly the price found on line and the price we paid were completely different but this wasn't communicated in the booking process. less then a week before flying we have not received any booking details for our flight out, having chased for over 24 hours no one is getting back to with any information and the customer service I've received has been shocking! I've come off the phone feeling mocked even though my query is completely valid. There seems to be no urgency or accountability for the failures on their part. I really hope this holiday doesn't disappoint if I even get on it with how things are at the moment. Would not recommend this company at all and certainly wouldn't use them again!

The worst booking experience I’ve had in my life. Initially I booked this company based on their prices, reviews and atol protection services however even before I have travelled, I haven’t received what I booked. I booked and paid for my flights which were confirmed to me but then 30mins on hold they then told me the hotel I wanted was £180pp more than the original quoted price and I had to choose a different hotel which was still more than the original price online. The original hotel I wanted was available online still for half the cost they were telling me to I asked to swap back and after paying the balance was then told they could only change it with another £100 payment which was never mentioned prior. When I finally received my full booking confirmation 5 days after I completed my booking, the flights were completely different to the ones they had already confirmed to me the week before and I’m still waiting for my stop certificate after a week and a half. I have asked for this several times along with information on the flight change but have received absolutely NOTHING back. I’m scared to even go to the airport incase this isn’t even booked. Please DO NOT use this company if you want any hope of a relaxing and peaceful experience

I have been on the phone and messaging a gentleman called PRINCE since Saturday evening until today, He has gone above and beyond to help me Hes been absolutely amazing 👍👍 He has taken a lot of time and effort to help 😊 Prince has been patient clam and has talked me though everything he had done WELL DONE X My only wish is there were more costumer service people like PRINCE!! You have asked me to rate him out of 5 stars well he deserves 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He has made one family Mom, Dad and 2 children very very HAPPY X

Thank you so much Ash, who was brilliant from beginning to end, and patiently helped us to get the exact holiday we were struggling to find by ourselves. They take all the stress out of booking a holiday and work tirelessly until you are happy. It’s a very easy process.

Excellent value, customer service and fab holiday.
Great communication for booking the holiday and keeping us up to date and fully informed of flights, transfers, hotel info etc. Will definitely book with them again.

Shady (John) was my contact with the holiday masters, a few delays in the booking of the holiday didn’t take away from the experience, the most cost effective way for a holiday is by far through Holiday Masters.

Will definitely be using them for my next holiday, the flights were at good times, the hotel was prefect and everything was communicated through emails about boarding passes and what else we needed to do before and during the duration of the holiday.

I made my booking with a deposit a month ago & was concerned when I was unable to get through on the telephone number provided to pay the balance. This was resolved 10 minutes later when I spoke with Shady who was very helpful & patient. He followed up with a call to ensure I had received my holiday confirmation & vouchers. He gave me peace of mind about my holiday booking. Answering any questions that I had. Thank you Shady!!
