Please avoid these ones like the plague!! Asked and asked for the final price but when I finally got it the price was double that I was expecting!! Have had to freeze my card and get my money back that I had already paid to them !!

Vicky was great when helping me book my holiday giving me the best deal.

Booking our holiday was very easy. Vicky our agent was very helpful and friendly in giving all the information we needed to make the booking easy. He was informative, and very helpful. He gave us the confidence that we have a booked a very exciting holiday.

Was a very thorough investigation, to get me the best accommodation for my needs , and circumstances.

I wanted a cheap 4* all inclusive holiday and it was great, good flights and lovely hotel in the area I wanted and a lot cheaper than I could find on the internet

This company were disastorous, I booked a holiday with them. Checked price before started the process, when @ checkout it had gone up to £67 & first mention of £25 fee. Authorised payment & it was only flight booked, then hotel not available, try sell me a different hotel in a different resort, which was £169 more expensive than original & when I refused, agent got so nasty. Tried charging me an additional £69 per person, booking fee. My saving grace was flight booked directly with airline. But even up until departure he was treatening to cancel my flights. We were heading to airport not sure if we were going to get on our flight or not.

My holiday rep was very helpful and professional and eased me through the booking of my holiday..

Despite the fact that I haven’t travelled with them yet, I felt it was important to leave this review because the customer service has been excellent so far.

When I called, Prince (that is his name) answered and was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave very good advice tailored to my situation and recommended several destinations that suited my needs.

He can also design a complete holiday package, which made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

I dealt with Prince and he was really helpful with booking a holiday for my family as there was 14 of us. I highly recommend The holiday masters and go through prince as he is the guy that will sort you out nothing was to much trouble and he made the whole process nice and easy. Thank you Prince for all the help.

Hi I had the pleasure of working with Mathew on our girls trip to Bali and he was patient and understanding even when we had to downsize attendees from trip. They worked with me as we all had different pay periods and due date was not coincide with pay dates. We received all of our information for trip - transportation, flight confirmation, hotel’s information and excursions once trip was paid in full. Will do business again. Thank you Mathew
