I recently attended the Finance for non-financial directors course. I enrolled to improve my confidence with corporate finance, I was pleasantly surprised to meet a group of very senior, and very like minded individuals.

Sarah, the trainer was excellent at simplifying and demystifying the content and by the end we unanimously agreed we felt able to hold our own in these sorts of conversations in the future.

Highly recommend.

We arranged a bespoke two-hour workshop for our senior managers to help them better understand their role in building effective and efficient partnerships with their assistants. Heather Baker facilitated an engaging and interactive session that encouraged participants to reflect on their current ways of working and explore new approaches to collaboration. Through thought-provoking discussions and practical insights, she helped managers gain a clearer understanding of what is required from their side to create strong, productive working relationships. The workshop was valuable in providing actionable insights that will help drive greater efficiency and stronger collaboration between the managers and their assistants.

I attended the Empowering Women in Management course. It was jam-packed with high-quality content and thought-provoking group discussions, and it was a fantastic opportunity to network with other women and learn from their experiences. Emma delivered the sessions expertly, and I was particularly impressed with how in tune she was with the energy levels in the room and how she adapted her delivery accordingly. Would definitely consider another training course with Hub Events. Thank you!

The Exceptional Middle Manager was a wonderful course! Every single part of it was useful, interesting and relevant. I learnt so much about myself, skills to improve my leadership performance, and I gained a lot of reassurance from the other attendees. We had a lovely group, and our trainer got us all participating fully for us all to get the most from the experience.

Our trainer, Larry, was engaging, energetic, and entertaining throughout and the course was well structured and stuck rigidly to time, without feeling rushed or constrained.

I left it late to book the course, due to uncertainty over a house move, and Hub Events squeezed me on.

The venue was fabulous - staff and food were outstanding.

Attended the New Manager Bootcamp one day programme in Manchester delivered by Larry. Thoroughly enjoyed the interactive training provided and learnt some new skills.

Heather is a fantastic advocate for being the best version of you that you can be. She took the time to understand our challenges and gave us solutions. She encouraged us to think about our strengths and how to be more assertive. I won’t say sorry when not needed anymore!

EDIT: Thank you for your response, my "string of one star reviews" are primarily for the same issue, unsolicited email (there are also good reviews). I actually said make it "worse" not "work". i.e. a lot of spam mail uses the "unsubscribe" to then confirm that an email address is genuine which will then increase the amount of spam / scam email received. If you genuinely don't want to spam people, send an "opt in" email to your entire list and remove anyone who doesn't opt in.

Just completed Finance for Non-Financial Directors — a great course delivered brilliantly by Sarah. Knowledgeable, engaging, and very approachable. Well worth attending.
