Poor Quality. Non responsive customer care.
I had ordered 6 books. Got the delivery after 10 days. The print & page quality is extremely poor.
Mailed them with pics of the books but no response yet.
Similar situation happened with another website in April. They sent me replacement books after verification of the emailed book pictures.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Sent books late and sent reprinted books. The books were also illegible and printed wrongly. Waste of my money. Please do not give them any more buisness. It's a Scam! They also refused to answer my queries and cut calls when questioned about their service. Biggest scammers on the market.

Scam Operation – Do NOT buy from This Bookstore
I placed a prepaid order on May 28th, and since then, there’s been no confirmation, no shipping details, no response—nothing. I’ve tried reaching out via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, but have been completely ignored.
The only reply I ever got was a lazy, unapologetic message on Instagram saying they’d “look into it.” That was weeks ago—radio silence ever since.
After digging deeper and reading similar complaints from other users, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off issue. This bookstore is running a scam operation — taking people’s money and disappearing. They are cheating customers and looting them of their hard-earned money with zero accountability.
I will continue to chase them, but I don’t expect these cheaters to take any action. Their behavior speaks for itself.
Avoid at all costs. This is not a business — it’s a fraud.

I ordered five books in which two books came after a month, and they wrote my number wrong, so I couldn’t receive an OTP, so I didn’t get those two books either.
Nobody is replying on WhatsApp. Can’t connect anywhere. Is it a fraud?

Actually great site, they deliver very nice books and I've almost ordered multiple times from them...
They've novels, mangas and other books available!
Also got pretty bookmarks with them and my sis liked it...good to grab a book lover from here
