I had a faulty key on my 2016 MacBook Pro. Apple Store quoted c£500 plus vat, Infinite Loop sorted the problem with a new keyboard for under £200. Great value, good service and a physical premises in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham if you prefer to hand in your device in person. Will use again if I have further problems.

My macbook got bad with the condensation. water got inside pretty bad. whole system got shut down and trackpad was also gone. i went to apple care but got an extensive repair amount.
Then i came across infinity loop. hesitant me to trust them entered the shop and decided to go forward with it. and man oh man.
they fixed the macbook and replaced trackpad and updating me of all the hardware tests which passed/failed with a pretty good reasonable price.
vouching all to trust them, they know this work

My iPad developed a fault - it wouldn’t charge. Having had the exact caused diagnosed locally, I was advised to look for a repair centre in Birmingham. I found Infinite Loop and was impressed with their helpfulness over the phone, so I took my iPad in for repair. It was ready for collection a few days later - to my complete satisfaction. I could not fault the service or the workmanship.

Excellent service, exceeded my expectations and would use again.

So easy to deal with, they arrange collection and return and my iPad that was totally drenched in red wine and dead, is like new!

My 2017 Macbook Pro has had a slightly cracked screen for over 2 years which made it unusable without an external monitor. The cost of repairing it seemed way too high. I stumbled across Infinite Loop and quickly realised that they were not charging a fortune and had great reviews, so I asked them to fix the screen for me.

The service Infinite Loop provided was absolutely first class in every respect. Communications were great from the beginning of the process and the repair was completed very quickly. My Macbook is perfect now and has a new lease of life. I highly recommend Infinite Loop.

Fantastic service. Phoned requesting some help looking over & cleaning up my soldering joins on an FPV drone, the guys looked it over on the same day & removed the excess solder within a few minutes. Not to mention free of charge. Thank you guys, would highly recommend.

My old (2015) MacBook needed a new battery, a new speaker and general tidy up of the hardware. Handles quickly and professionally by these folk for a fair price. Would recommend if you need any work doing on your Apple products

My 2013 iMac was unusable - the Apple circle of doom without end.

The Infinite Loop agreed on a price and provided a really good box and packing for safe shipping. All done in about a week.

It runs faster than ever and I am so happy to have my beloved machine back - my equally old Macbook will get the upgrade treatment with The Infinite Loop too, I am so pleased.

My Macbook Pro had been misbehaving from the start. Under warranty I returned it to the supplier for repair. They were unable to find anything and returned the MacBook to me unaltered. The problems persisted until I found Infinite Loop. They found the fault and replaced the faulty motherboard. Thank you Infinity Loop. I'm so happy I found you.

I use a 2015 15" MacBook Pro (Retina) for photography processing work. In the last year or so I have been unable to run the latest software from Capture One, Topaz and others and so I asked Infinite Loop if they could upgrade my device to enable me to continue using it. Infinite Loop upgraded my device by increasing the SSD to 500GB, formatting the volume to APFS, installing the latest compatible OS and replacing a broken internal speaker. They also reinstalled all my data and apps etc so that the device was ready to use when I collected it (which saved a lot of headache for me). I'd recommend Infinite Loop because they provide a brilliant service and at competitive costs.

My MacBook Pro overheated, and the screen went blank. I feared the worst, but after contacting Infinite Loop, they gave me confidence that the problem could be resolved.
The machine was returned repaired within 10 days, and at the quoted price.
Would highly recommend them for their no nonsense approach to servicing and repairs.

My 2010 iMac 27 decided not to start one morning - dead as a doornail. I suspected a failed power supply, and was relieved to find The Infinite Loop who reckoned they could get it running again. I took it in personally (from Coventry) to save time and paid for the Express service as I needed the machine and data quite urgently. They confirmed the fault, installed a new power supply, and found the hard disc was also hanging on my its fingernails - so I decided to replace this at the same time. The company also moved my data across onto the new drive, upgrading to an SSD in the process, and the Fusion drive still works fine. The machine is now faster and quieter. Great service and it bought me time to think out my eventual replacement in 6-12 months. Many thanks.

Used to live quite close to this company in Birmingham and have used them several times in the past to keep a couple of elderly macs running properly . Now live 5 hours away. However, with their free collection and return service have received just as good care as ever for the replacement of the failing battery in my MacBook Pro. Cost was exactly as quoted and I was kept informed of the progress of the repair throughout
