i was racially overlooked because of my color , i have done buisness with this particular chiropractic place but today i guess the doctors or whatever you call them had decided that they were going to either make me wait or they wasnt going to wait on the blackman, they are known for no appointments and short wait times but these particular doctors didnt acknowledge that i exist , when there was no one waiting they waited till there was and still i didnt get seen , its location was on West End in Nashville Tenn. racism still exist , My name is James Jennings and i dont have to be anonymous because my feelings were hurt , Im also a public servant and i will share my experience because i still didnt get service

I paid for my son visit with my card at the time of his first visit. When he was finished doing his paperwork we asked that the initial monthly card to be used would be his card because at the time he did not have the money & his back was really hurting him & he needed to be seen. The doctor was ok it was less than a 8 minute ( I timed it) visit & he recommended 8 visits that I paid for in advance. Before the 8 visits were up I CALLED THEM & TALKED to them to make sure his card information was used going forward instead of mine if he wanted more visits. The 3 ladies I spoke to on 3 different occasion said it was changed. Then I started seeing charges on my card. The lady said "well we have to use the initial card that was used on the first visit". I asked for a refund because I HAD called 3 times before then to make sure my card was not charge and they assured me that it would not be that his would. No I didn't get a refund! Had to dispute the charges & cancel my card which was a inconvenience!

I had cancelled my membership last year and was told my membership was cancelled over the phone. I tried to sign up with a new contract at a different office on Friday only to realize my membership was still active in Bountiful. I was told to go to the Bountiful office to cancel my membership and get a refund for the months that I had been charged. I went to the Bountiful office today and Emma Sanchez (the wellness coordinator) had told me that she would give me a refund of 19 unused months and cancel out my membership. I asked her to get that in writing because I had been lied to by this office in the past and she said it would take her an hour to generate a written email stating that I would get a 19 month refund. She told me to leave the office and call back in an hour if I don’t see the email from her. I checked my email an hour later and she sent me an email stating that she would give me a “3 month courtesy refund” with 0 credits for the other months. Avoid the Bountiful location like the plague!

Today, 9/18, I witnessed a serious incident involving a District Manager, James Lewis, and an employee, Autumn, at the Joint Chiropractic-Cedar Hill location. The highly unprofessional exchange between the manager and the employee was disheartening. The manager's behavior was immature, arrogant, and self-serving. Autumn, the employee is an exemplary worker who consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service.
Despite the employee's outstanding performance, the manager terminated her employment for a seemingly minor reason: a lack of online reviews. (I questioned Autumn as to why she was terminated and if there was a formal termination process in place. I was surprised to learn it was verbal). This is a cowardly and unjust termination, especially considering the employee's dedication and contributions to the company.

Furthermore, the manager's threatening behavior towards the employee after their termination is unacceptable. The exchange, in my opinion, creates a hostile work environment. But considering the lack of ethics, I doubt that the company policy, if there is one, would even deem this a serious violation. I want to emphasize that James Lewis' threatening behavior caused employee Autumn to snap back. While I understand that Autumn may have lost her composure, it's important to acknowledge that the self-absorbed manager's initial threat was unacceptable.

Given the current climate, it's fortunate that the situation did not escalate further.

I urge someone to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the manager's behavior and reinstate the employee.

They are liars and they stole my money. I paid for 7 visits, that was the offer they sold me, they served me 4 times and they did not want to serve me again until I paid them money again because a month had passed, but they did not tell me that I had to spend my 7 visits on One month, they told me to come once a week. Why did they charge me for 7 visits then!! They are irresponsible and inconsiderate. They are not interested in the well-being of people, they are in it for the money.
Son mentirosos y me robaron mi dinero. Yo pagué por 7 visita, esa era la oferta que me vendieron, me atendieron 4 veces y no me quisieron atender mas hasta que les volviera a pagar dinero porque se cumplió un mes, pero ellos no me dijeron que tenia que gastar mis 7 visitas en un mes, me dijeron que viniera una vez por semana. Para que me cobraron 7 visitas entonces!! Son unos irresponsables y unos desconsiderados. No les interesa el bien estar de las personas, están por el dinero.

Never go to that place they are not nice at all and they do not care about your health.

My daughter need an Adjustment and they didnt have someone who can take my payment. They didn't wanted to do it and ask me to drive 15 min to another location.

It is not my problem if they can take may payment even though I was willing to pay the monthly package.
They didn't care if my girl need it or not and if I had the time to drive all over to another ovation or not.
I would never recommend them they were not sensible about my daughter (12 years old) back pain.

Never go to that place they are not nice and they do not care about your health.

This place is a horrible rip-off and a scam, claiming to be a Chiripractic Healthcare Business, that's trying to do healthcare. I've been in the healthcare business for over 36 years, while helping and assisting patients thru emergency trauma and medical care. I've seen business like this, that uses people to unprofessionally provide fake care!
They talk to the patient while using medical termology that most of the patients did not know. They then used almost the same diagnosis, checking to see how much one leg is longer than the next. BTW...everyone has one leg shorter than the other, that's common medicine of the the bone growth as a child.
I just wanted to cancel and their manager, "Allecia", at the wellington office, was so rude that she was rolling her eyes and turning her back to my wife, while trying to fix the problem. Allecia got into a heated argument with my wife, while their were patients in the waiting room. This is very, very unprofessional and horrible healthcare... It's not healthcare, its healthcare practiced by "Judas Escariot"!

I am a member of The Joint Chiropractic and it is a GOOD company. They have helped me with relief where other chiropractors could not. At my location they help me with relief on a weekly basis.

Also, if you're a responsible adult and stay on top of your finances and understand agreements that you sign (again, as a responsible adult) then you have no problems. I've read through at least 20 of these 1-star reviews from literally UN-RESPONSIBLE ADULTS. So please, if you are looking for affordable and reliable chiropractic care, visit The Joint Chiropractic, and if you sign up for a membership of ANY KIND - no matter the business - please make sure you understand the agreement and cancellation policy fully.

I went to joint Chiropractic to help with my vertigo. They couldnt help me so I cancelled the membership and they are still charging me since last 4 months. This is outrageous. How can they be so dishonest in their dealings with the customer. I am going to report this to Better Business Bureau too and take them to small claims court as well if they dont refund my money. Please be careful and dont fall for their fraudulent promotion.

Had to stop going halfway into my 2nd month per my VA Dr’s orders. Spoke with them on the phone about not billing a 3rd month but they said I had to come in and sign something? I work out of town and wasn’t able to get there for a few days. When I did go there to sign they ran my debit card for the 3rd time. This is flat out stealing. Really steamed at this BS business practice. Gonna review them every chance I get on all platforms!

Dr Margaret Newton is amazing. I have been going for 5 months. I work 2 jobs in the restaurant business and if it was not for The Joint and Dr Margaret, I would not be able to work as easily as I do. Almost instant gratification and relief from the adjustments! I highly recomend!

This concept is stupid. They can't/won't fix a problem. Incapable or just dumb, I don't know. I thought I had canceled the membership when they closed the local office, but NO, they just kept charging. It is a hassle to cancel it and you must jump through many hoops and delay. They have a reprehensible business plan and any chiropractor should steer clear of this franchise. Potential clients should quickly run the other way and find someone legitimate.

I cancelled my membership and then they charged me for another month after texting me to confirm that my membership had been cancelled & now they are asking me to fill out additional paperwork to cancel it & won’t even guarantee me that the extra month charged will be refunded. When you cancel, make sure you get something in writing for when they try to charge you for the next month!

They are a rip off. I am out of state and they kept charging me. When I called they said they'll mail a cancelation form, I went out of my way to sign the paper, they still charged, the front desk lady will not let me date the form. Beware, a RIPP OFF. SCAMMERS, AND THEIR SERVICE SUCKS.

They don't tell you you are signing up for multiple times, they had taken money out of my bank account for 2 months before I saw it, went there in person and had to sign a form the writing so small you couldn't read it, I asked for a refund which they would not do it, beware going there that's why they don't file your insurance they scam people out of money

The 1st time being there,and the staff were very pleasant and helpful...I saw Michelle Whattier DC who was my long time Chiropractor... She is very caring & she listened to my needs & gave a good adjustment... Overall a great experience...

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at The Joint Chiropractic at Rural & Baseline in Tempe, AZ. While the doctors—Kristy Morgan, Jeremy Lautt, and Steve Sherry—are exceptional in their care, the overall experience is severely marred by the front counter staff.

The front desk staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. They show no willingness to accommodate for their own mistakes, and their attitude is dismissive at best. On multiple occasions, I've been overcharged for services and faced issues with billing plans that were not adhered to as promised. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that seems to have no regard for helping their guests or resolving issues fairly.

Despite my prior bad experiences, I decided to give them another chance because they were open on Sunday, and my dad needed chiropractic services. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad decision. The same issues persisted, and it was clear that the front desk staff's behavior and the mishandling of billing plans are ongoing problems.

The only positive aspect of this location is the doctors. Kristy Morgan, Jeremy Lautt, and Steve Sherry are all fantastic. They make you feel comfortable and are genuinely concerned about your general health. It's a shame that such skilled and caring doctors are overshadowed by the poor management and rude front desk staff.

In conclusion, while the doctors at The Joint Chiropractic at Rural & Baseline are great, the overall experience is ruined by the unprofessional and unaccommodating front counter help. I cannot recommend this location due to these ongoing issues.

It’s a rip off. They don’t adjust you they let the table adjust you for them. They do more harm then good. My daughter and I canceled with them and they gave us a dirty look. Waste of your time. They are a complete joke. They need to called rip off chiropractors.

Dr Taylor at the Joint Chiropractic at 4725 Virginia Beach Blvd., Ste 150, Virginia Beach, VA is the most outstanding chiropractor !
I had gone to other chiropractors and massage therapists to help me solve my knee pain to no avail when I saw Dr Taylor who adjusted my knees ! no other therapist even though to do that but she did and I am doing so much better !
