Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.I signed a quote with this company for interpreter services for an extremely important interview. After signing, they went completely silent - no confirmation, no information about logistics, nothing. I had to chase them for any updates.Then, at the very last moment before the event, they informed me that they had no interpreter available at all. This is after I had already committed to them and was relying on their service for something critical.

This is not just poor communication - it's outright dishonesty and incompetence. A company that takes your signature on a quote and then fails to deliver, without any warning until the last possible moment, cannot be trusted with anything important. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for interpreter services.
