No problem delivery but very slow in Scottish highlands

The item I ordered must not of been in stock as I had to wait eight days for delivery. A email would have been appreciated on the delay of order.

The part I had been sent had a problem, a spring was flying around inside the lock.
I was in the Tadcaster area so I took the lock to the warehouse and it was looked at an a fix was attempted but to no joy so they sent the part and said they would re-send would take roughly 7-10 days, the new lock arrived in 5 days.
The staff where friendly, polite and positive and I can say that I would definitely buy from them again and I highly recommend them.

Parts were missing, did not respond to my emails.

Ordered on 20th August, paid for 3 day delivery, still waiting product on 28th August. Emailed to enquire where delivery was. Reply was not an apology but excuses, so much for customer service.

Completely dissatisfied is an understatement! I have tried to receive a response regarding my order as it has not been received after being placed on the 28th August. It was supposed to be 3-5 working days and was recorded as dispatched 1st September. After the link did not update by 3rd September I emailed and automated response stated no response would be provided until after 9th September. I emailed again on the 9th. Today 11th September still no communication and a further email has been sent. Come on Leisure Warehouse deal with your emails

The item looked like it was a used second, it had marks and blemishes and was not in any original genuine packaging.

Got the wrong bit twice from another supplier and had to pay to return both. This despite their invoice showing the correct description. The girl there also said she couldn’t check their stocks and confirm they had the right one so I was pretty fed up as I was departing in a few days on holiday.
Your girl said she would look for the part and phone back. She confirmed it was right and took my order over the phone and sent it on to me at my holiday campsite in Wales -and even got the spelling right !
Good to know that some companies know the value of customer service.
