We use the The Lettings Partnership each year to carry out our Client Money Health Check. Catherine and the team were very efficient, effective and timely in producing our report. I find this service more affordable than using our own accountant to provide the report.

We could not be more delighted with Lewis Thomas, our Business Development Manager. His sound advice, patience and professionalism reassured us to use The Lettings Partnership and how pleased were that we did. The legal, compliance and regulatory headaches of client money and client accounting were always something that we saw as a barrier to our organisation entering the lettings market.
However, after a period of consultation with Lewis and a seamless onboarding process, we are now able to capitalise on the opportunities that are presented by this new area of the business.

This could be the most stressful thing that you can do when you handle client money as this needs to be accurate and thorough but, the whole process is so easy to follow and if there are any questions, these are dealt with quickly by the really helpful team. It was so nice to get the email to say we had passed!
