Things that put a cloud over a day
Of all the things that put a cloud over a day it’s an audit. Have no idea why but it’s like a school exam but with a difference. If you struggle call them, if unsure call them you don't get anything but positive assistance and understanding. Over the years I have dealt with many staff and I can honestly say they kept me positive in what seems an onerous task. Just a little tip - if I were you, I would complete form and then send attachments separately as mine crashed with no save and return, had to do it all again. Sue was lovely when I rang in despair and it all went through on the next attempt and we passed. The check list is a must, get everything together and it will be nice and easy. Same time next year - it’s a date.

l am writing this review specifically to thank one member of staff called Ms. Kayleigh Croft for the excellent customer service, professionalism and support extended to us in the last few weeks as we made a new HealthCheck application at The Letting Partnership.
As you can imagine, setting up a new business is a very challenging and stressful time with so many compliance matters to complete prior to meeting new customers and winning business from them.
I must say that Ms. Kayleigh has been very helpful indeed all the way from the outset to the very end! We really do appreciate her patience, understanding, time, tireless efforts and support . We have found her very professional and her customer service and problem - solving skills are excellent too!
It is for this reason that l have decided to jot down these few lines to thank her very much for such great service which is not only a great reflection of her in particular but also The Letting Partnership in general, as a very reputable and reliable organisation. I do give her a lot credit because it’s quite rare nowadays to find staff who are not only willing to identify the client’s needs but actually also go out of their way to find the best solution(s) for them.
I would certainly recommend her as well as the services of the Letting Partnership anytime any day!

Superb support from professional staff @ the Lettings Partnership. CMP is a very thorough process that can become quite time-demanding for Agents, but with regular support and guidance from TLP our successful application for our fourth year of Client Money Protection was dealt with in a very efficient manner. Our experience was made great by Sue. When starting up an agency there's way more to do and think about that you could ever plan for. I initially phoned and Sue answered, back when we were getting the ball rolling on our application. Sue was so clear and simplified the process so that it was easy to understand and meant we were able to easily gather all the documents we needed. It's not often I remember someone's name from one phone call but it was so refreshing to talk to someone so helpful. I then called back recently, she by some miracle remembered our situation and was able to help us again. I'm really grateful for her expertise and for making the process easy for us. Thank you Sue!

Less instrusive and more efficient
We have used the healthcheck for a number of years and find it less intrusive than an audit by accountants. We also find it more efficient and it takes far less time overall.

Friendly, helpful and smooth service
We expanded our estate agency to offer a lettings service in 2022. When it came to the annual health check the accountants fee was really high and so we contacted the Lettings Partnership via Propertymark. The process was smooth sailing and Rosie and Joanna have been great to work with. Highly recommended!

We have used the CMP check service for a couple of years now, and find the experience hassle free and more cost effective than offered by local accountants, the check is conducted swiftly and delivered with any relevant feedback.
