Hassel free process
We decided to contact the Lettings Partnership for our health check as local accountants were quoting a significantly higher amount to carry this out for us.
I must say I have been very pleasantly surprised at the price, the service received and how hassle free the whole process has been.
We will be using this service from now on

Client Money Health Check
Our startup just completed its first Client Money Health Check, which was made seamless with the assistance of TLP. Despite some ongoing issues with our bank, they were able to advise and workaround these issues to secure our health check and maintain our regulatory requirements.

Just completed our CMP audit
Just completed our CMP audit. I have used The Lettings Partnership for several years now and found them very helpful and the process straight forward. My only concern is that the audit always starts just a few weeks before the CMP renewal and is still on going for a few days after the cover has expired. I will note my diary to contact them sooner next year rather than waiting for them to contact me, so I don't have that worry. Thank you for your help.

Regarding the timing of your HealthCheck: please note that any reminders to renew your CMP, and to therefore provide an audit in support of your renewal, would come direct from your CMP provider (e.g. Money Shield, ClientMoney Protect or Propertymark) and we have no control over when these are sent out. Your frustration with the late notice is understandable and so setting your own diary reminder seems like a good plan going forward.
We hope that you will come back to us again next year.

We found the service provided by the letting partnership was great! Picked up the phone to our questions, turn around the health check report quickly and provided a useful certificate for the completion! Highly recommended

The annual health check process is very fast and straightforward. Only downside is you can’t save the form and have to complete it all in one go. But after doing this for over 3 years now it’s easy to follow and the team are very helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your feedback. We are delighted that overall you are happy with teh service, however we do understand your frustration with not being able to save as you go on the online form. There is a reason for this, however:
The data requested is 'time critical' - i.e we capture the data at a particular time (the time of completing the form). If the form were to be completed over several days then the original data from day 1 would be out of date by day 2 which would render the HealthCheck inaccurate and giving out false results. Obviously this is not an option for us.
In order to help with this we do provide a Checklist which you can print off and complete before starting the online form - this allows you to gather a lot of the information ahead of time that is not always to hand.
I hope that helps to explain. We hope to see you again next year.
