Client Money Health Check
I used the Letting Partnership for our Health Check and to satisfy the requirements of Property Mark. I found the process very straight forward. They even rushed it through in less than the quoted 10 day turnaround as our current CMP membership was expiring.

The Lettings Partnership Health Check service
I am very pleased with The Lettings Partnership's Health Check service. It is a fast and cost effective way to satisfy Propertymark's requirements to provide the evidence they require in order to benefit from the client money protection they offer. For us it is a far better and less expensive option than an accountant's report.

We have been using the client money health check since 2019, it offers peace of mind knowing my accounts are in order. The process is so easy to do and staff are really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Annual Healthcheck
We have used the Healthcheck Service every year since 2018. The process is easy to follow and the staff are always available to answer any questions we may have. The turnaround time is always quick, and the report is very comprehensive. Using the Healthcheck Service has saved us time and thousands of pounds in accountancy fees.
