We went to the weekly market behind Anfield stadium, and selected two rugs , and was met by the kindest person with a big smile.didn’t have two of the rugs to hand,But assumed us that it wasn’t a problem , and that he could deliver to our home the next day.what fantastic customer service we received .true to his word he phoned to make sure we were in,and arranged a time,he arrived with a big smile and our order.fantastic service.we’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.🏆🏅🎖️

Joe the guy who works for the company was a true professional. Lovely guy and very helpful, professional and even went out of his way to call me as yodel where being a nightmare in my area and he assured me even if he had to drive to me himself I would get my rug 🤣 what more can you ask for! Yodel did eventually deliver it (2 days late) also my rug is perfect.

Excellent purchase - I placed my order on their Great Holmer Street market stall. From start to finish the order/delivery process was flawless. My rug was delivered yesterday the quality & price are amazing. My last rug cost 3 times the amount & the quality was the same.
