Not all chalk paint is the same! Frenchic gives you something a little bit different, with beautiful, versatile and innovative chalk and mineral paints. From traditional artisan products to our award-winning self-sealing collections, your whole home – indoor and outdoor – is covered.
Water-based with minimal VOCs and virtually no odour, our paint is UKCA and EN71-3 certified, meaning it is safe for use on children’s toys. Every range is self-priming and simple to use to help you achieve your decorating goals. Simply prepare your surface, then paint. Frenchic is ideal for wood, laminate, uPVC and so much more!
Our self-sealing Lazy Range is perfect for surfaces throughout the home, while Al Fresco can be used both indoors and outdoors. Our Chalk Wall Paint provides a durable, scrubbable ultra-matte finish on interior walls, with colours matched in our Trim Paint range for a soft-satin finish.
Alternatively, you can opt for our Original Artisan Range, which is a traditional style chalk paint – ideal for distressing, layering and other creative effects. Pair with a choice of top coats, waxes, metallic paints and decorative powders for furniture that really stands out.
Whether you’re upcycling pre-loved furniture or refreshing your interior walls and woodwork, we have a selection of beautiful colours on offer – from whites, off-whites, pastels and neutrals to the bold, bright and brilliantly unique. That’s all complemented by a selection of high-quality brushes, stencils and other accessories, so you have everything you need to get painting!
But it’s not just our fantastic products that set us apart. The Frenchic team, along with our worldwide stockists, is a family. We provide advice, instructions and inspiration with regular posts on our blog and video content on YouTube, with a dedicated Frenchic Fan Forum on Facebook for tips, advice and discussion from like-minded paint lovers.
There’s nothing we love more than seeing before and after shots of your own transformations, then sharing them on our site and social media pages. That’s because, quite simply, we love what we do. We believe that our paint is the best in the world. Every tin of Frenchic paint is testament to our ethos – ‘It’s The Passion, It’s The People, It’s The Paint!’

This is the first time I’ve used French…
This is the first time I’ve used French chic trim paint and it’s absolutely beautiful, I got it in the colour stone in love and used it for my kitchen cupboards, I ordered 4 tins but only used two and this was with 3 coats of paint.
Will definitely use again

Appalling customer service
An appalling product backed by customer service that appears determined to avoid even the slightest responsibility. I bought a tin from my local supplier expecting nothing more demanding than the usual quick stir. Instead, roughly a third of the contents had congealed into thick, unusable clumps at the bottom. When my supplier contacted Frenchic, the company’s astonishing response was to dismiss this obvious quality problem as a “project issue” and insist there was nothing wrong with the paint. They would not even authorise a basic exchange. Selling a product in this condition is bad enough; refusing to acknowledge the problem is contemptuous. Frenchic’s response stripped away any confidence I might have had in either its products or its customer care. I would not recommend this paint to anyone.

Exceeded expectations
My first purchase from Frenchic, easy to order, great communication and fast, signed for delivery to my door.
I ordered Nougat from the Lazy Range, followed the simple instructions on the tin and the result was amazing.
I am a retired and a very amateur decorator, this paint is so easy to use, all the product details online are 100% accurate.
I cannot stop looking at my kitchen table I’m hooked, just looking for my next project.
Highly recommend, fabulous selection of colours and value for money.
