I received a very professional and fast service with The Logo Wall Street. They got my logo design in less than 48 hours and the team was super accommodating with my demands and always responding fast to my questions. I want to thank you Jack especially for all his efforts to make my logo come to life the way I expected! Super recommend!

Against my better judgement I decided to use this service for my logo creation. I usually secure services on Fiverr for this type of work but I viewed the advertisement on Facebook, they had great prices listed and seemed legitimate based on initial search. I completed the forms and submitted my payment. The initial contact went well, customer service was outstanding, however when I was transferred to the design team they immediately attempted to upsell me on purchasing more than I needed and to purchase a website (specifically Jason) I requested a simple logo for my business and would not entertain their request. As agreed in the contract I submitted my final request on Tuesday and confirmed receipt with them on Wednesday, again numerous attempts to upsell me via text, emails and calls. I requested confirmation that the final product would be delivered within the 48 hour period as agreed on the contract. Based on the agreement I should have gotten my final product on Thursday, however no responses to my text, emails or phone calls. I sent one final email on Saturday and I still have not heard from this company. This is a scam. I read one other review that had the same issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do not take any calls or texts from Jason. Staying on Fiverr going forward! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They have first class customer service! Really excellent experience.

The entire experience (customer service, communication, logo creation turnaround, etc.) was nothing short of outstanding! Highly recommended if you plan on starting your own business.

So the Logo Wallstreet was definitely an unplanned but desperately needed business relationship. I knew for about 2 years I would need to reach out to someone or someplace to give my idea for a real chance to a success.
