I was asked to write a review on here…
I was asked to write a review on here after my delivery was not received and I based that review on the fact that the parcel was not received and not left in a safe place and no safe place was agreed as per royal mail website. This was not a cheap item and I expected this to be delivered to the correct property and for the money I paid signed for service. I have since had very negative conversations with an Alex who has basically tried to blame me for this item not being delivered safely. The first review was based on that simple fact and the response is very unprofessional and now this review is based on that bad service. I just want my goods I have paid for to be delivered to the recipient. I have now asked for a refund because I have no confidence in their service.

The item was delivered, and the photo was provided by the Royal Mail service you asked for when ordering your item , you paid for tracked , and got tracked to a other address , not at any time did you contact me to ask for another service , and of course if it’s been stole from a safe area where the Royal Mail has delivered ( not me personally) , we will refund and I’ve never distributed this at any point , in 9 years of trading I’ve never had any parcels stolen from customers property , very bizarre indeed , but I am not familiar with that area , refund has now been processed, so might take 7 working days !

Great quality, very quick delivery. I paid extra for the gift box which is definitely worth it if buying for a gift.
I still have my original hat for over 10years now, just goes to show the excellent quality they provide. One of my favourite online hat shop!

Watch out for gift box addition to order
Website easy to use and found the hat I wanted to order quickly.
A gift box at £3.99 is automatically added to the order so please make sure that if you don't want one to remove. This caught me out and did not realise until I had placed the order. I messaged company to ask for it to be removed however did not see my message when I received an email to say order was being shipped following day. Replied to the email and left a message on the ansaphone and gift box was removed from my order and refund provided.
Super fast delivery - hat arrived within 48 hours of ordering.
Another fantastic hat - this is my second purchase.
