I'm so happy that we found The Mailworks. I was nervous at first because their prices at our lower quantities were WAY better than other printing companies that I received quotes from, but their turnaround time was very quick and the quality of the product was great! I highly recommend.

We were quickly assisted regarding an account issue. We received excellent customer service. As always, our order arrived promptly thereafter and we are 100% satisfied. Mailworks provides excellent service and products.

This is the 3rd snail mail appeal that we have done through Mailworks, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is extremely helpful (and I definitely needed some hand-holding through the process,) and everything is done in a timely manner. They make you feel that your mailing is as important to them as it is to you. I also appreciated that they allowed me to use a coupon even though my total was just under the required minimum that the coupon called for. As a really small non-profit, every dollar counts. I highly recommend them.

She was responsive, friendly, and confidently guided me where I was unsure. All of my design ideas were represented in a cohesive and elegant design. I ordered a paper sample which helps a lot! I scheduled a call to get all of my questions answered! Whenever I call customer service I get a live person! The pieces in the order came in a wrap which was nice! My customer loves the final product and I do too! Thank you!
