Honestly…..I hardly ever give reviews, but the customer service and delivery I received is what you wish you could get from all businesses. I called and explained Mattress world I need a mattress the next day, as my wife was returning from holiday, they explained they can only deliver within 2 days, but would see what they can do. The following morning I revived my mattress and then a call to as if I had received the mattress. Perfect Service.

No you wasn’t minutes away at all you completely forgot the delivery hence why you refunded ! Atleast admit and say sorry I had just moved home …. Do not lie in reply you refunded me as your company didnt even bother to let me know after me sitting and waiting …

Sean was attentive and informative from point of my order. Phone call to thank me for my order which was lovely. Kept up to date with delivery date. Advised on email and text of order and delivery at every opportunity. Mattress is of high quality and exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

After months of not sleeping because of the pain I'm in my daughter kindly bought me a new bed. We went to the store and tried different mattresses but couldn't decide. The store owner asked what I needed it for and told us to try the one we eventually bought and omg after 1 nights sleep of 7 hours it's transformed my life. No waking crying in pain on 1st night. These guys are amazing delivered bang on time and put it all together for me. 5 star rated highly recommended. Thank you mattress world x

So pleased with our new bed and mattress, we wanted a specific colour that they no longer did but Barry called the supplier to see if they could source the material for us, and they did! Less than 48 hours later it was all delivered and assembled for us in less than 20 minutes, highly recommend! :)

The hard bit is deciding which mattress you want but once you've chosen one, ordering and payment is easily done on their website. The delivery was quick (8 days from order)and on time and the mattress is exactly what we were expecting. I cant fault them and will be using them again.
And thankyou to the delivery guys who started driving our delivery at 3am! 😊

Very happy with order, even when I emailed to query about how long my delivery was going to be I got a phone call back within 10 minutes to check what was going on. Will be ordering again soon for another mattress for my other son. Thanks you.

Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I saw a mattress on their website that I wanted but I rang first to check delivery lead time, I was told it could be with me next day so I ordered it. They called me back 30 minutes later to say there had been a mix up and the mattress I’d ordered wasn’t in stock and it is made to order, really apologetic offered a refund no problem but I said I would wait. They contacted the manufacturer and had it rushed through for me , arrived when they said it would, kept me updated on delivery times. The two guys that delivered it were really nice, I’d only paid for doorstep delivery but when they saw I had a broken leg they offered to put the mattress on the bed … 10/10 for customer service to this company and the mattress is amazing too! I
Bought the Superking size Celebration 3000 , firm but not too hard with a lovely comfy pillow top, nice and deep…. pure luxury .

Excellent service. We were recommended this store by a family member and would recommend that everyone who wants to buy a bed/mattress to go there! Customer service skills and expertise are second to none. The delivery was fantastic arriving at the exact time stated and our new bed and mattress was put up very quickly. Thank you so much!

Having trailed all over Backburn and Accrington looking for a new bed and not finding anything suitable. We were recommended Matteress World, called late Saturday afternoon. Sean sorted us out with just what we wanted, delivered it Wednesday. He fitted it up and took all rubbish away. It is the most comfortable bed we have had. Thankyou so much Sean for everything.
