Their Fashion Website theme is Amazing, every section has a proper customizable option...Great work!!

They have been supportive throughout . I purchased the theme Bundle and had a good experience.

I tried to get help with this issue, but they refused to respond. It used to be that there was an option to adjust the lettering color, fonts, etc, then it disappeared about a year ago. Therefore, I cannot modify the existing pages or create new ones. I have gray lettering on gray pages. UPDATE: It is now 12 5 2025: I sent them what they asked for before this review and again after. They still have not helped me!

I needed a professional-looking blog and didn’t know where to start. A friend recommended *ThemesPride*, and I couldn’t be happier. The theme I chose was easy to install and looks fantastic. Five stars!

Compré un tema de Themespride (AI Automation Pro) con la esperanza de mejorar mi sitio web, pero tras la instalacion, el tema se volvió inutilizable: errores de diseño, funciones rotas y problemas de compatibilidad con plugins esenciales. Lo peor ha sido el soporte técnico: llevo semanas enviando correos electrónicos (su único método de contacto) solicitando ayuda, pero ni una sola respuesta.

Es indignante pagar por un producto que promete "soporte prioritario" y encontrarte abandonado cuando más lo necesitas. Themespride no se hace responsable de los fallos de sus temas ni de sus clientes. Además, la falta de opciones de contacto directo (como chat o teléfono) demuestra su poca seriedad.

¿Mi consejo? Evítenlos. Hay alternativas más confiables y profesionales en el mercado. Una estrella por el tema, aunque ni eso merece.

I need help getting the key to download after I paid and I still haven't received the key. I've submitted several emails. Please help. I love my theme and need to be able to download the demo.
