UPDATE after comment:
Support claimed they sent me an email and set up a dedicated loop to resolve my issue. I replied to their email on 30/12, but I have not received any response since then.

I am grateful they changed colors or something I couldn't seem to remove or change from the template. Overall, Im really happy, especially since it takes time for a novice to set up a staging site, etc.

This place is a big scam. I bout a theme they send you a download to your email(smart of their behalf) the theme they sent is nothing absolutely nothing as what was advertised. Try to get my money back from the bank which they won because they said the email me the item. Terrible scammers, please stay away.

According to the publisher, you can turn off certain parts of a page, well that really doesn't work. In addition, constant error messages, so you have to start all over again.
Very frustrating, a joke for Wordpress, my advice: stop it!
They don't give money back.
If you have to pay for a theme, it should also work well!

Am cumpărat tema Flower Delivery Shop Pro cu intenția de a construi un site elegant și funcțional, dar nu am reușit să activez licența din cauza unui mesaj de tip "Your domain limits exceed".
Am contactat echipa de suport imediat, dar nu am primit niciun răspuns, iar tema a devenit inutilizabilă pentru proiectul meu.
Este extrem de frustrant să investești într-o temă premium care nu funcționează și să nu ai niciun fel de asistență.
Nu recomand, până nu își îmbunătățesc suportul și clarifică termenii de activare a licenței.

Ne pare sincer rău să aflăm că ați avut o experiență neplăcută cu tema Flower Delivery Shop Pro. Înțelegem perfect cât de frustrant poate fi să întâmpinați dificultăți tehnice, mai ales când acestea afectează un proiect important.
Mesajul „Your domain limits exceed” apare, de obicei, atunci când licența a fost deja activată pe mai multe domenii decât cele permise conform termenilor de utilizare. Ne-ar plăcea să investigăm situația mai în detaliu și să găsim o soluție pentru dvs.
Referitor la suport, ne cerem scuze pentru întârziere – nu este standardul nostru și luăm feedback-ul dvs. foarte în serios. Vă rugăm să ne transmiteți numărul comenzii sau adresa de e-mail folosită la achiziție, astfel încât să putem rezolva cât mai rapid problema.
Dorim să ne asigurăm că beneficiați pe deplin de produsul achiziționat și vă stăm la dispoziție pentru orice alte întrebări.

I purchased and downloaded a theme and the graphics were missing from the display. I contacted support 5 days and have not had a response! Have since read reviews and it seems that many people have the same issue and this company do not provide refunds! What a disgrace! Not recommended!

FRAUD, STAY AWAY.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a support response—there has been no replay. This company is more professional in winning PayPal claims. When I open a claim, they immediately respond with nice words, saying the theme is a digital file, and as per PayPal policy, I lose the money. PayPal does not understand that the premium theme is a service, not a file. They don't offer refunds, and it is hard to see that as they hide the refund policy.
If you ever decide to buy a theme, stay away. These themes are not user-friendly, they are not fast, they have bugs, and they don't have support. Go for a bigger company where support is their first priority when helping new users. Also, what I dislike is that you don’t have full access to customise options. As a new user or beginner you will find in minutes few problems and weeks or never receiving help. My experience it was stressful as I spend few good hours to make the theme work, waiting for 2 weeks a replay support after sending few emails. I know every host has his challenges but when I swap the theme everything works perfectly.
Please read my review and ignore their response whatever they say as they play a nonguilty game all the time

FRAUD. And then Paypal sided with fraud. I received a broken digital product that did not function. It was so bad 'tech support' send me two new versions of the 'kindergarten' theme pro to try and fix it. Despite all this Paypal said since I received the product, the seller was correct in keeping the money.
