I cannot fault The Mobile Marvel for their service. I was hesitant about importing a phone directly from Hong Kong to the UK but I went with the other reviews online. Having a social media presence via their youtube channel really helped me to trust in the brand.

The product is quite difficult to get, so I was especially happy to find the Oppo Find X9 Pro at such a good price on the Mobile Marvel website. The ordering process was simple, and the next day we even discussed the shipping details via WhatsApp. The product was shipped on the 5th day as promised on the website.

With the “EU Tax-Included Shipping” option, I also received the European shipping tracking number. The shipping label was created on 04/28, and I received the package on 05/08. I placed the order on 04/21, so overall I am very satisfied with both the purchase and the communication. I can definitely recommend the site!

Un petit stress au passage de douane,du à une erreur du transporteur,mais Mo du service client de The Marvel Mobile a été hyper réactif.Avec le décalage il devait être minuit passé il a répondu à mon mail dans la minute,et a échangé avec moi jusqu'à ce que tout soit OK. Fast shipping and lowest price I could find! Love my x300 ultra global so far. I would recommend buying from Mo, especially if you live in the usa. The website, the price, and the fast shipping make buying overseas way less stressful!

Good overall service, website is modern and intuitive, and shipping was fast. Mo was casual but helpful with any questions and concerns I had. My only issue was after purchasing an expensive smartphone, the box was noticeably damaged due to the packaging being very poor - for example, only a few pieces of bubble wrap around the phone which was $3000 USD+ in value.
