The last year/ Covid made me realise that as i get older sickness and redundancy insurance would be useful to have. Unfortunately there are so many policies to choose from it's overwhelming, not only that as soon as i expressed an interest in a company i was born bombarded with numerous calls and emails. I couldn't be bothered with all that so opted to use the Mortgage Genie, the process was simple and very quick and the advisor,Will, was extremely professional and well informed. Using the Mortgage Genie removed all the hassle and confusion and i am now totally confident that i am purchasing the right product at the best price. Would highly recommend. Was easier than posting this review!

A brilliant and professional service from start to finish. We were moving during lockdown and were kept up to date throughout the process and they answered any queries we had very quickly. We would definitely recommend Will and his colleagues and will use them again if we move in the future.

Will, the financial advisor I dealt with was brilliant and highly professional. I thought at my age 60 and buying a shared ownership during a pandemic it would be extremely difficult to get a mortgage and more importantly the right one for me. But Will made the whole process stress free and obtained me a mortgage offer very quickly that was right for me. I cannot recommend him and the Mortgage Genie too highly and will be using them again when my fixed rate ends.

Great service. The initial brokerage was professional, light touch and quick. During lockdown things seemed to be taking longer and eventually our mortgage offer was close to expiring I asked Andrew from the mortgage genie to interject. It may be coincidence but after he contacted Natwest everything came together inside a week. Our solicitor had been chasing for a month.

James was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. He was thorough with everything, kept me up to date + I felt confident I was getting the best deal. Josh was also fantastic + kept me informed of the progress of the application
