Placed an order on the 16th March 2025 it's now 15th May 2025. I used their internal help 3 days ago went into my email account to check for replies found nothing even the 4 emails I received at time of order are gone. I tried replying to one of the emails which bounced back with no such email address.
I have opened an dispute with my bank hopefully if anything they can stop others making the same mistake as me.

Pack of arse holes all the done is stole me money won’t reply to messages no way of contacting them they need to be shut down

I ordered 3 boxes 3/18/25, absolutely nothing received. Have been emailing and no reply. Almost $200 wasted. What a scam.

FCC report filed on Themysterystore,Doubt we will get anything from it, but maybe they can shut them down.Or maybe restitution and jail time.

I purchased two mystery boxes 12/18 and kept writing saying I did not receive ans in Feb wrote to cancel rec'd my two tissue sze boxes 3/19. These were supposed to be xmas presents no good now and since last week been asking for a return info address so can return these unopened boxes. Can't return them at my own expense unless I have the correct address. Such a disappointment

I ordered an electronics mystery box on 12/11/24. It's now 3/25/25 and the website still shows my order status as "sourcing assigned items". It shouldn't take 105 days to find the items to ship. It's a total scam!

Tried to contact these people several times through Gmail it's been almost 4 months still never received my $70 box and nobody wrote me back. I got burned!

Has anybody reported this to the CAFc I'd like to know the conclusion to these disputes that aren't fulfilled through this company And that's Canadian anti-fraud corporation by the way

Website has fake reviews posted? It doesn't have an option for the customer to leave an actual review on the website, which is why I'm leaving one here.

I agree with the other comments. I ordered a large mystery box and a small mystery box $160 total. I got two very small boxes packaged together with three items in them. Each absolutely poor quality off-brand trash. There was a toothbrush, a breathalyzer that was in a beat up box and damaged, a supposed smartwatch, a Bluetooth Puck, And a reported pad charger And a AA battery, WTF. The value of these items might be $30. They look like the stuff you find at the daily deal store. I've honestly gotten better quality items from temu. Don't waste your money.

I spent $100 and I got $30 worth of items. Also, a coupon for $25 off next order. Won’t happen. So upset.

Paid over $100Au for a mystery box. It’s now been 3 months and still no updates. Tried emailing several times and tried contacting support and nothing. Not a single reply.
Don’t waste your money with this company.

I ordered in April. According to the website the standard processing takes longer. Six months later I have received nothing. Their customer service doesn't return emails and the phone number is fake. Don't waste your money. You'll get nothing from them. Anyone who gives them 5 stars was either fake or paid to give it

It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and still haven't received it. About a month after placing the order, the mystery experience portal showed it was in the shipping stage, but the tracking page said they were still sourcing the items. It stayed like that for about 2 weeks so I emailed customer support for clarification, and they did not reply. Shortly after, it showed my order was "on hold" and told me to email them to "remove the limitation" so I did. A few days later I got a reply that said they needed my phone number in order to ship my order. I gave it to them that same day, about a week ago, and my order still shows "on hold". I have emailed them almost daily since then and they have not replied to any of my emails.

On September 28th, 55 days after placing the order, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Don't bother wasting your time purchasing anything from this sham company. I wish I would have researched 3rd party reviews a little more before I ordered from them, the one's on their website are obviously fake.

Avoid this site at all costs.
The items you get in your "Mystery" box are worth a fraction of what you pay.
Also, it takes such a long time to receive your shipment.
Mine was delivered to Perth, Australia and took over 3 months.
On top of this, you don't get any reponse to your queries regardless of how many you send.
The items I received were a bluetooth remote shutter, wireless phone charger, digital breath alcohol breath tester + some vouchers (which I'll never use)
I priced these on Temu and it works out around $15 - $20. Good value for the more than $100 I paid !
I guess it's my fault but I did expect a bit better value.
This is a warning to anybody else who is thinking about buying from this website. Don't !!!!!!!!!

Saw that I needed to contact them to actually let my order ship out, but can't get a hold of anyone, not worth the money to get literally nothing in return.

While I appreciate that a mystery can be a bit disappointing, I didn't expect to find 3 small items with a value of $AU20 in my delivery that took about 50 days to arrive.
The website states:
- 2-10 Electronic Products -> yes, got 3 items valued at $AU20 (I could have ordered those from AliExpress, would have saved $AU80)
- 1 Gift Card valued from $5-$200 -> No gift card included
- Mystery Experience Portal access
- 1 Special Surprise item worth up to $1200 (see possible items list below) -> Unless one of the 3 items was an item "up to $1200", I didn't get that
- Mystery Box themed gift box -> My theme was: A partially damaged, plastic-wrapped bag, containing 2 small boxes
Free Shipping option in the US, CA, AU, EU, UK: -> Not sure how to get that option, I was charged a few dollars for something that comes much, much quicker if I ordered it directly from AliExpress

My take on things: Since it is called "Mystery" it can't be called legally a scam. However, I feel scammed.
