I have been trying to cancel my subscription with this company. There is no one to speak with to cancel my order. I am very disappointed in this company. I will continue to try to cancel my membership because every month my card is being charged.

After I cancelled my subscription via email last month, I was assured buy Grace that it is cancelled, the following month my card was charged again. Do not give them your debit card or credit card.

I never recieved the pills, I contacted them several times and they just blew me off. A total rip off

Tried the trial versions and emailed the company to cancel any recurring charges. The response was constant discount and distraction but ultimately did not listen to what I asked for. Not only did they not honor the discount they offered but they charged me twice full price for the products I already cancelled.

I give it a one star as I'm not able to give a zero star review. This company continues to send double shipments even though the order has been canceled multiple times. Instead of fixing the problem, they offer you a 10% discount. The product works but yhe customer service sucks.

This company is a scam. Product does not work and customer service is terrible. I've learned a lesson here.

Well dont think it works and once you have placed an order and have your card details they send you more ,,another £32.80 gone for something i did not want dont use this company is my advice

The product is good but be v wary.

Customer service is erratic and any issues are handled so poorly that when I was sent the wrong flavours it took 3 months and about 20 emails to resolve.

It’s not possible to cancel subscriptions online. When I cancelled via emails they continued to take payment and also ship the wrong flavour again l. I’ve now fished a dispute with my bank and blocked them via this route.

Never received my order,but according to company i received it on 1st sept,when i contacted them,they sere more interested in my subcription renewal,which i said i was not renewing,how can i renew something when i have never recieved,very disappointed.with their attitude

This company is an absolute joke. I’ve made a purchase in February did not receive my order. Had to contact them in April for them to tell me that the flavor was out of stock even though I never received any communication. Then I requested that they to which then they offered me a discount. I declined the discount and said please cancel my order at the end of July. I received not just one box but two boxes and was charged for six months of a subscription when I canceled the order. I emailed And told them that I had canceled my order and have proof of documentation via email to which then I received an email back asking to show proof that I had an order and for them to be able to submit a refund after I sent it back in the email they also Stated the address to where to mail it back to and shared that the shipping and cost would have to be incurred by me. This company is an absolute joke!!!

I ordered The Neuropathy gummies and received them within a couple weeks. They seemed to be working. Then I ordered another bottle and after a month I still haven't received anything. After a couple weeks I contacted their customer service and they assured me it was on its way. Another week went by, and I still didn't get them. They offered me a 20% discount but I haven't seen that yet either. It's been well over a month. DON'T BUY FROM THE NERVE BRAND!

HUGE scam. Never received the product. But they got their money. Emails sent were never answered. Phone number "not in service"

I ordered on March 3 never got my product weeks later I emailed they said sorry the flavor I ordered is unavailable at the warehouse. They just found out and there’s another one that is available. If I wanted to substitute, I first said yes, but then I never got a product Stihl they gave me 10% back for the inconvenience. It is now April 7. They sent me the same email about the warehouse when I asked for a refund. I’ve now contacted my credit card. This is a scam. They are all over Instagram and they need to be stopped.

they sent a wrong tracking number, When calling the number they picked up and hung up. Wasted $80.00 and they never sent anything. A piece of crap

The biggest scammer

I saw the ad. Read the ad. It screamed out SCAM to me. Spelling errors in ad. One time the product is referred to as gummie. One paragraph later it’s referred to as” drink”. Language difficulties? Probably MADE IN CHINA product! Buyer beware. There is no cure for neuropathy! I hope this scam company is shut down!

Don’t fall for this basic scam, targeting the vulnerable with over the counter amino acids

Sent a tracking that doesn't work and it has been 12 days. Was then offered a 20% refund but not told that my product would ever be shipped. Strong reseervations that this is a scam.
