I bought two pairs of Carlos Santos shoes through The Noble Dandy and they exceeded expectations. The quality and finishing are outstanding. Algirdas helped me get the sizing right and was responsive and clear from start to finish. I followed his process and the shoes fit perfectly. Beautiful shoes and first-rate service.

I was worried I would order the wrong size shoe since I was ordering from the US. Algirdas helped me pick out the exact size I need and answered all my other questions. Shoes arrived and fit me perfectly!

I wanted a black wholecut oxford for a special occasion, and my problem was the size. I wear a small size, and most makers start at UK 6. I emailed The Noble Dandy expecting a polite no.

Algirdas, the founder himself, replied within the hour. Not a template, not a support ticket, the owner of the shop writing back personally. He offered to special order a UK 5.5 from Carlos Santos, sent me the official last measurements in centimetres so I could check them against my own foot, and told me honestly which size he believed would suit me best. He was right.

What struck me most was the communication. Every single email I sent was answered quickly, warmly and in full. When I asked whether the shoes came with shoe trees, he told me plainly that they do not, and then pointed me to another shop where I could buy good ones affordably. He had nothing to gain from that answer. When I asked about carriers, he arranged exactly what I asked for, including the signature option. When I had a question about the socks he was sending, he warned me in advance that pure cotton runs large, rather than letting me find out myself. That is honesty you do not often meet in retail.

He also confirmed everything in writing, kept the returns policy in place even for a specially ordered size, and included a pair of socks as a gesture. The shoes arrived in Texas remarkably fast, and they were comfortable from the very first minute. They are beautiful.

If you are between sizes, or your size is not listed on the site, write to him before you give up on a shoe. That is the part I would most want someone like me to know.

I came here for one pair of shoes. I will be coming back because of how I was treated.

Shoes were out of stock and it took a little while for that information to filter down to me so I became a little nervous, website stated 5-7 days to ship. The founder, Algirdas Gricius, emailed me to let me know it would be a few weeks. It took a month (sometimes thats how things are) Mr. Gricius stated in an email the shoes were packed and would ship out the following week. Once shipped they arrived extreamly quickly (couple four days maybe,) and were as descibed for an excellent price. I am very happy with my purchase. And plan to do bussiness with Mr Gricius and the Nobel Dandy in the future.

The communication was fantastic, shipping was really easy; I was out of town when the shoes were scheduled to arrive so I easily placed a hold and received them when I was back. The owner even reached out to make sure I received my order. TND also carries color options that are not available in the States which I really appreciated and included import duties / taxes. Overall perfect experience and will absolutely be back to TND for future shoes.

While the original pair of shoes were too large, he placed a new order with Carlos Santos and promptly sent them to a second address. His estimates for shipping were accurate to the date as well.
