excellent; tree delivered on requested date - lovely tree

Great service and our tree was amazing❤️.

I bought the scheduled delivery and collection. The tree arrived well. The decorations were not sufficient for a tree that sive (6ft), the garland beads was a meter long - really a sad excuse for decoration. The scheduled collection didn't happen. They stopped answering the calls and emails, and didn't refund me for the collection service - which i paid a premium.

Very good prices including delivery! We thought we got our tree a bit to early but in fact was lovely and actually lasted throughout Christmas staying fresh and never lost its smell. 👍🎄

Highly recommend, great guys really polite saved a lot of stress and hassle and these guys have done a fantastic job

Simple order process, beautiful tree and a very fair price compared to similar companies.

I did have one issue, the stand i ordered was not originally delivered with the tree however once i highlighted this to customer service i did then have the stand delivered the following day.

No tree arrived as booked and paid for. I went to Wimbledon to talk to the seller. He was not there and the lady offered to let me chose a tree but they were not the quality l had received before. After leaving messages and not getting any responses l asked my bank to open a dispute. I will not order again. Too much stress for me. The first time problems happened and were resolved the second time was fine but this time was hopeless even though l had ordered early in October for an early delivery in December 2025.

I heard from an old friend of mine that told me about this company I just have to say I had wonderful costumer service, company is very helpful and respectful. My trees came beautiful and exactly how I wanted them so happy I went with this company m.

I get my Christmas tree from here every year, and it's brilliant! Reasonably priced, great service, gorgeous tree.

I ordered and paid for a Christmas Tree from you last year and never received it. I phoned numerous times (voice mail box full) but was only able to leave a message once asking for someone to call me back and explain what happened. Heard nothing. Also sent several emails and again no response. I find it incredulous that you now have the gall to contact me to let me know you’re taking orders for this Christmas (2026). I’m very surprised to see you’re still in business! I can understand that sometimes things go wrong, but to never at any point respond to apologise, explain what happened and offer a refund, is totally unacceptable and very poor business practice. And it simply means I will never do business with Nordmann’s again and I would urge others not to do business with you as you cannot be trusted to do the right thing.

I ordered three Christmas trees, paying in advance too.
One Christmas tree arrived, when questioned as to the delivery of only one tree, masses of apologies and a number to call. Absolutely no way could they leave me three trees. They were not impressed with what was happening with deliveries.
I made many calls to this company to have a delivery or a refund. Todate ie 9 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. No apology, no completion of my order. I would never buy from them again

Used this service for three years, each year something went totally wrong with either the delivery or the pick up. Last Christmas was a complete disaster, never came on the day that was stipulated and then came four days later, never did the pick up. There is no customer service and they never answer the telephone. They never respond to emails..... I stopped the payment on the credit card which of course they disputed. I sent the credit card company the picture of the tree in the street still at the end of January ! I've really learned my lesson, I just put it all down to teething problems and bad luck previously but last year with the rotten customer service showed me the full extent of this company of crooks....

it is great to be reminded to order the tree in good time and it is even better to have it delivered without having to consider how to get a tree to our house.

However last year the tree, though lovely, had really thick glossy branches which were springy and downward facing in aspect. This meant we were actually unable to decorate it properly, the decorations simply lay on the surface of the branches and did not dangle. Even trying to thin the branches did not work very well because they were so thick that half the tree had to go and the glossy downward facing branches did not make decorating any easier.

My memory of Christmas trees is level or upturned branches on which hanging the baubles is no trouble. Even trees which have lost a lot of needles can be made to look beautiful so long as decorations can be hung.

The tree was beautiful but it just was not possible to decorate it.
