Please don’t buy anything from this site. Had to return a jacket that didn’t fit and never received my refund. Was told it would take 1-5 days but never received payments and stopped replying to my emails.

Please don't waste your time or money on this store. They don't respond, they add items to your order without your knowledge, and we've been waiting since December 15th for an update on the order status or any response at all... and yet they haven't provided any help. Not a refund, not information, not the item. Avoid them!

Avoid! save your time and hard earned money. Pay zero attention to the company description on the website. This is a cheap as hell manufacturer from China. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, they sent one. It was nothing like the image on the website e.g. I ordered blue and received black. They are using branded jean images from the original manufacturer and making cheap and nasty looking copies {I recieved very thin and cheaply made jeans}.

I emailed Nordwave as soon as I received one of the 2 jeans. I requested return instructions and a refund. I got sent this generic bs.

Payez toujours avec PayPal pour être un peu plus couverts et voyez avec eux pour remboursements car eux, ils s'en fichent complètement

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from their website, but they sent me a completely different (and horrible) pair. After contacting their customer service and even sending a picture of what I received, their response was simply: ‘Dear customer, there is nothing wrong.’ Absolutely ridiculous! They are taking zero accountability for their mistake.
