Ordered Acuvue contact lenses, a good price and the website is very easy to use. Received email confirmation of the order and they were delivered free within 48 hours. Impressed and will use again if the price remains competitive.

Order Blephasol delivered promptly and packed well. The price was competitive so I expect to repeat my order when these have been used.

Excellent value and incredibly efficient.

I ordered contact lenses recently, they are bespoke so I knew they would take a couple of weeks. After that time I sent a message to the Optical store for an update. They called within an hour to let me know that the manufacturer has had some issues. They offered to send me some to tide me over free of charge. They weren’t my full prescription but with a pair of readers which they also sent. It did the trick. A week later on Xmas Eve my original order arrived with a hand written note. What more can you ask. Great range of products at reasonable prices with amazing customer service. Thanks again and Merry Christmas

Perfect next day delivery. Would I use the optical store again. Yes 100%. I Ordered J&J contact lenses. 18 December at 15:12 hours. With free delivery. I was a little concerned as the next few hours the order just said processing and tbh thought the 2-5 days was going to be too long to wait. ( had it in my head I’d have to order a months supply with guaranteed next day delivery in advance of my original order arriving ) I receive an email saying your package has been received by Royal Mail and will be delivered the next day, they arrived 19 December at 12:45. Very happy and I’m subscribed to monthly deliveries.

Best price on Acuvue Oasys. Ordered late on Saturday, order was processed on Sunday and shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
