Amazing service, support and speed of delivery of tailor-made contact lenses (toric varifocal). These normally take 3 weeks to be delivered, and The Optical Store managed, with their Midas touch, to ensure I received them in just 9 days!

Joe was courteous and professional, listened well and ensured that my order was processed the same day so that I could receive my lenses well in time before the festive season. What a star!

Great too that I was able to use a Black Friday deal, which made the purchase more economical.

Just received my 3rd order from the Optical Store without any problems. They seem to be genuinely undercutting the other major online contact lens suppliers (by about 10% for my lenses) and are UK based. They don't offer next day delivery so don't leave it to the last minute if using this company, but my orders have always arrived within a week by Royal Mail tracked delivery (this most recent order arrived 2 days after ordering). Very happy.
