Very poor Quality shoes !! Scam don’t waste your time . Over priced for poor quality fake leather . Advertise support sandals with podiatrist recommendations with no arch support . Shoes are hard , no Arch , poor rubber soles , Refund is fake also . No refunds because on sale items not refundable , all items are on sale. The catch 22 refund policy . Reversing my charge hope my bank sees this is fraud . Shoes never worn open package and immediately saw I was scammed

I would NOT recommend this company. I ordered two pair of sandals and they did not look like the picture. They were clearly not real leather, which was indicated in the description and they did not have good arch support as advertised. the sandals were cheaply made and not attractive. They also came flattened in a plastic package. I was not pleased at all. When I decided to return them they indicated I would need to return them "to China" at "my expense". Only then would they give my $$ back! They finally offered a 20% discount to keep the sandals. At this point, I didn't want to waste any more time on a company that is clearly selling inferior products.

I recvd email stating delivery has occurred BUT it has not and NEVER delivered yet. Not good. Charles Hartwell, Washington.

Provide the address and I will ship back to you for a full refund. Never have I had this kind of problems attempting to return something for a refund.

These shoes are very cheap and not as described. The sizing was not the only issue. The quality was poor and you know it.

I will be posting negative feedback every chance I get.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on July 17, 2025. The order number is 40030, the total cost was $51.21.
The tracking number is JCY0718012515DH, I have watched the tracking information and it shows it has been delivered, it has not been delivered to me. I don't know where my shipment has gone. Please try to find my shoes.. I did take out the insurance on my order. Please contact me with any information concerning my shipment.

Their shoes are shoddy and cheaply made. I wanted to return them because they didn't fit but after negotiating, they gave me 30% of my purchase and told me to donate them. I would of had to return them to china and finally was fed up with them. They don't want the shoes back but keep the bulk of your money. I learned my lesson the hard way...stay away from their glitzy ads.

completely misrepresented product: plastic straps, crushed by shipping and quality.
Return claim requires sending to CHINA and paying postage!!!!

What a rip off! Extremely cheap Sandals and very uncomfortable and scratch your feet and also do not fit correctly. The souls are the worst; unbelievably cheap. You could find better sandals at the 5.99 store. I wanted to return them and they wrote me back and said it would be very expensive to return to China for the shipping and you'd be better off with us taking 30% off. They were quite expensive and only worth about 5% of what I paid. I ended up having to contact my credit card and explain to them I was not sent what they had on their website. Received almost to the point of rude emails from them and would hate for anyone else to have to go through the hassle I went through with this company. I'm hopeful my credit card company will win the dispute. I mean the packaging they came in it was all squished in a little bag with another little plastic bag; beyond cheap and took a long time for me to receive them! please don't fall for what they have noted on their website. They are not comfortable and I can't imagine that they would be good for your feet; no way.

Do not confuse Orthowalk with Orthofeet. Orthowalk sent shoddy merchandise and upon request for refund was told to return to China (shipment amt. close to amt. of merchandise). They offered that I keep mdse and be refunded 20%. I accepted the latter with resentment, and they shorted me 38 cents. Salt in the wound.

Even though they advertise returns they would not take back an unopened unused pair of shoes. Very poor customer support. Company Orthowalk apparently deals with Chinese company called Scenery Trade. Totally horrible experience. Don't buy their products!!!

The fitting rooms are spacious, and the staff is lovely.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on July 2, and received them on July 23. They were stuffed in my mailbox in a plastic bag (both pairs). Not at all what I expected. They were cheap looking and hurt my feet when I put them on. They came from China. This is false advertisement. I will never order anything from this company again. CHEAP JUNK

I needed both dress shoes for work and casual loafers for weekends, and this store delivered! The formal shoes are sleek and professional, while the casual ones are stylish yet comfortable. The salesperson gave great recommendations based on my needs. The prices are fair, and the quality is top-notch. Plus, they offer a warranty on some products. Will definitely return for my next shoe purchase!

These shoes were sent from China by scenerytradecolimited.zendesk not Orthowalk. The size I ordered were 2-3 sizes too small. They do not follow their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wanted to return and they said they were the size I ordered?? They offered 10% rebate but I refused. After 3-5 emails back and forth they said send them back to China on my dime??? I requested they send me a shipping label and haven't heard from them. What a scam....

No confirmation email to verify my purchase. When I emailed them, got a response from a company name I didn't recognize. Received shoes today: very poor quality. Look like the cheap shoes one might buy in Walmart or Target. They do NOT look like the photo on the website from which I purchased them. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money. Since I didn't pay with a credit card, no point in trying to get my money back.

Ordered sandals from this horrible company on 6/6/25.
The payment went to Paypal( first red flag) Read reviews after ordering( my mistake), and decided to cancel my order that day. Wrote to the company telling them so. Oliver at Scenery Trade Co. ( not Ortho walk) said sorry we can’t based on bad reviews, wait to get the sandals and see if you like them. NO SANDALS YET! it’s 7/5/25! I have been going back and forth with Oliver and he said they delivered them on 6/30. No way! I called my bank and disputed the charge, they credited my account! As far as this company, DONT ORDER A SINGLE THING;THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I should have paid more attention to the reviews. The shoes have no support and are made with the flimsiest of materials. I'd send them back but really? Mainland China?????

These are the most uncomfortable and worse constructed tennis shoes I have ever purchased, what a mistake! False advertising, paper thing material, did not even bother to cover the injection mold holes in the bottoms. Good luck on getting your money back!
These rate with those stupid 'Watts Energy Savers" together they do NOTHING!
How these companies stay in business is way beyond reason!
