Excellent service, managed to book my test at a sooner date than I could get on the GOV site. And offered fantastic support directly when I had any queries. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants guidance and fast booking access to thier Theory

Perfect, co-operative, good material

Utterly useless and incompetent customer service that hasn’t improved in three years. Back then, I had to complain because their website was a mess, and they charged double the official price for a theory test. I passed my test back then, but not thanks to them, I had to use another provider.

Since I haven’t been driving, my theory expired. I tried to rebook through them, forgetting the nightmare I’d had before. Multiple attempts failed because their website simply doesn’t work. I raised a ticket—
,no response. £47 pending payment, basket still full, booking never confirmed.

Today, Monday, I booked instantly via the official gov.uk site for £23. They are a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They don’t even deserve a single star. Just look at the reviews, most negative ones mention the same issues. This company should be shut down and reported to the DVSA. I plan to gather everyone affected so we can make sure these scammers are held accountable.

Great service from start to finish. Booked a theory test which I need to pass very quickly. very helpful with booking a test center fairly soon and also have a free retest policy which is very helpful. The study material they provide is great and plenty of mock tests to get you ready.
