The Panel Station Reviews 

Far too complex, largely a waste of time, and they often refuse to give you points. It takes ages to log into a survey due to endless test questions that are repetitive and unnecessary. If you complete a survey, they can take over a year to give you points and half the time do not give any. They then blame their client despite the survey having been completed more than a year ago.

Since I wrote this critical review below I have not been able to finish a survey without being screened out ,credited with one single completed survey, no change in my money in two months.

Panel Station is by far the most awkward and confusing set out yet in the survey world. The dashboard looks like the space shuttle control panel with seemingly meaningless flashing lights and displays to navigate and you never really have any clue how many points you need to cashout to get to a voucher or Ebay etc.

Points are often locked down for further inspection and the survey 'to do' list rarely refreshed or spring cleaned and full of clutter and surveys you have already tried to do, often duplicated. Then the display is different sometimes when you log in and even more clutter to negotiate.
If you do get to a cashout point they have this pedantic security question when Panel Station sends an automated call to your phone but it often doesn't like the number of digits in your phone number and so more hassle. It takes forever to cashout and you are still not sure you have cashed out as you have to return to the NASA dashboard to see if you have used your points up.

Then they have this bonkers- unneeded -bonus points thing meaning more clutter. You cant use those to earn rewards but have to bid on trying to win rewards with them. The auction for that is rather random too so I would avoid that bit.

Finding your Amazon voucher on site is also hard work as they dont seem to email it to you. I still dont know where my latest reward code will show up on site.

I have managed to cash out a few times but so obfuscating here I may well bail.

This is a bad application. Points in review takes more than 4-6 weeks as they stated. To get help is a almost impossible, they just closed your complaints without being solved. To redeem your points is another issue. Sometime you complete more than 50% of survey and receive a message says you are not qualified for survey. Some questions are repetitive.
In short they are not reliable. There are more other survey much better

They don’t pay out, I won a bid to win and they say you will be paid in 20 to 25 days, I have not been paid after 29 days, Avoid.

J'ai répondu à de nombreux sondages sur ce site. Mais la demande de récompense ne fonctionne pas, le site est très lent et la demande de récompense est bloqué. Et la réponse du service client ne débloque rien à ma situation.

Been with them for years now suddenly I am unable to redeem my rewards. I apply and it says I will get a OTP via my phone but nothing arrives. Tried several times. Never had problems in the past. Have sent a message but awaiting a response. Really disappointed!

Und der eine Stern ist noch zuviel! Finger weg! Hier wird man nur verarscht. Man kann mit niemanden richtig in Kontakt treten. Punkte werden nicht ausgezahlt. Schade um die Zeit. Es gibt bessere Portale die es ehrlich meinen.

Pagan las encuestas rápidamente y me gusta el cambio que han realizado en el canje para pagos,al haber bajado la cantidad mínima para canjear es mucho más fácil hacerlo.Para mi una app sería y útil.

Hay veces que estoy mucho tiempo respondiendo y cuando ya se supone que acabo me dice quota llena o algo así, me quedo sin nada. Por otro lado, pone que tengo puntos canjeables por vales, y monedas acumuladas pero estas no se para qué sirven.

Dishonest, crooks in suits
The Panel Station-is dishonest and stole my accumulated rewards-so I've been completing surveys- for free , receiving no payment thus breaching their own T&C"S _ only benefiting themselves. I have been accruing rewards for the longest time , and since 2021 have cash-out with no drama, until 1 week ago , when I next signed on my reward balance was less (4500 to 1532) I naturally created a support ticket _ and this was there reply " We regret to inform you that the client has not found the answers satisfactory and hence has rejected your response on this particular survey as a result of which we are forced to deduct points that were initially allotted."_ however their average rewards per survey is 300 points ( 10 different surveys were found unsatisfactory) B**S

It shows Tough luck this time always in between all the surveys. Recently I completed one survey but they didn't give me the assured points.

worst site ever they will not give you points even after 6-8 weeks of completion of your survey dont waste your time here

Estou tentando receber a minha recompensa a alguns dias sem sucesso, entrei em contato por e-mail pedindo ajuda para receber mas a resposta de quatro e-mails foi a mesma resposta automática, dizendo que disponibilizaram o valcher no meu endereço de e-mail. Hoje deram uma resposta mais específica me instruindo melhor, porém disseram que tenho que acessar um link que me enviaram por email, fato é que eu não recebi esse link. Estou solicitando novamente esse link mas não tive resposta .
