terrible experience i just found out i need to pay 800 pounds on late service charge payments for which i never got any invoices for ?! apparently they were not given my details. isnt my lawyers supposed to give them my details and inform me?? this is my first property!! this is not good service and no advise!!!!

We had an excellent experience with the firm, especially Alex and Jayraj, who worked together as a fantastic team throughout the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.

Although the process took longer than we initially expected, the whole team remained professional, patient and supportive from beginning to end. Alex and Jayraj worked in partnership with each other extremely well, kept us informed throughout and were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns.

Well what can I say I have never found a solicitor this good. Right from the start we were contacted immediately put onto their portal and informed immediately on every issue. This system that they have was very reassuring and made us feel as if they were on the ball. Each week they gave us an update requesting information and worked on it straight away. I do believe because of there professional support that our house was sold so quickly and I would fully recommend this company.

The Partnership was very professional and kept me informed every week of the progress of my sale. I didn’t like the idea of a customer portal at first but once I got used to it, it proved an efficient way of communication and uploading documents.
I would have given 5 stars but there was a slight glitch when they forgot I was away on certain dates and there was a bit of a panic to complete documents for completion and it all had to be done on Docusign. But in the end, everything went smoothly thanks to Alex.

I am very happy to have found the Partnership Limited as my solicitor for the sale and purchase of properties. The lawyers and legal assistants are not only professional and experienced but also very kind and friendly to work with. They never delay their responses to any of my questions or requests for legal advice. In addition, their Clients Portal is highly effective and easy to use. Buying and selling a house is supposed to be a stressful time, but the team at The Partnership have removed the stress from the legal side of things. The experience has been first class from every member of the team who 'touched' our sale and purchase. 5 stars does do justice to these guys - thank you so much.

I have used The Partnership several times now, both to buy and sell properties. Overall they provide an excellent service, and their portal is particularly user-friendly. You occasionally need to nudge if you need something progressing urgently, but overall, they are professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

These guys are ace! I’ve worked with other solicitors on buying and never been impressed but Rishi, Ryan and the team are brilliant - great communication, easy to work with and pretty much the opposite of most people in the industry. Highly recommend!

I would stay as far away from The Partnership in Guildford as you possibly can. They are incompetent and the definition of slow, my "simple" sale ended up taking 7 months.

Their terrible communication included hiding additional fees in the T&Cs at the bottom of documents (£120 to hold a £200 money on file) and multiple incorrect calculations in the Financial Statement - luckily I checked this thoroughly otherwise I would have been £££ out of pocket.

The biggest low was when I had to intervene and pay fees to the management company directly as the Partnership took too long to do it themselves, threatening the sale of my property. Stay well away or live to regret it. And the "portal" is dreadful, the weekly updates are so brief and non-sensical (unless you're legally trained) they might as well not bother. I also asked to speak to management about my complaints and nobody was interested - says it all.

The team at The Partnership were excellent. Pleasant and professional. They showed great patience, and were empathetic concerning my anxiety. They also dealt with the challenges presented working in different time zones.
