Excellent service. Original purchase delivered very quickly. Items well packaged and as ordered. Unfortunately after a week or so the kettle developed a manufacturers fault. My email was responded to immediately (on a Sunday!) and a replacement arrived within 48 hours without quibble. How all firms should operate!! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Item as described. The splash guard was missing from box. Clearly this was a mistake at manufactures packaging stage. TPC supplied item immediately by return of post. Their response was excellent. Would definitely use company again on this experience.

Unfortunately I bought a blender on…
Unfortunately I bought a blender on 18th of April, I have just tried to use it today and it's not working. I bought it online and did not have any receipt sent to me or how to return the product. I had thrown away the packaging on day 1( not expecting that I will have a non functioning appliance). Not even sure how to contact them.
Update: I eventually have been able to contact them, (I had missed the receipt and return details in my mail) and I'm absolutely delighted at the very prompt response. Though the product, is no longer in stock, I've received a full refund without hassles. Definitely will be making another purchase. Fantastic customer Service.

I never usually leave reviews however, I was very impressed with the service when ordering my kettle and toaster set. I had accidentally missed part of my delivery address and a kind gentleman gave me a call the next day to ask for the missing information - as he did not want my parcel to get lost. After me explaining that I miss having a kettle (for my much needed coffee!) he also put my order through straight away and I received it really quickly! The items are lovely and are just as advertised so I am one happy lady!

TPC good service, buy with confidence
Bought a very nice food mixer from The party cake LTD. From what I can understand a relatively new company that tries extremely hard to keep the customer happy. The mixer I bought was a mid-range food mixer to which prices varied from around £155-£300 TPC obviously were the cheapest with free postage. Expecting the free postage to be standard post (7-10 working days) I received the mixer via royal mail tracked 48 and received the mixer within 30hrs of placing the order, I had constant communication sent from TPC and royal mail. Haven't had to use the after care service so can't comment on this, however if the aftercare is as good the rest of my experience,then I can't see any issues. I would recommend this company and would use them again
