Was served by Claire and had a lovely experience. Bought a gift for my brother's girlfriends birthday and Claire offered to gift wrap it for me which didn't take long and looked beautiful even had happy birthday ribbon!

Sensational service from John and Claire, went in unsure what I was looking for and their patience and attention to detail was second to none. Having been to a few stores to get the right fragrance I hadn't really been given any support in my purchase however both John and Claire went above and beyond to make sure I was able to test aftershaves out and pick the right scent for me as well as this they helped wrap my present as well which was the icing on the cake. Really appreciate the support 5 star service 👏

John the worker in dunfermline kingsgate perfume shop was AMAZING! He was the sweetest guy and even offered us some samples etc and what discounts there were available! he helped us out so much and i’ve never met such a nice worker, thank you john! 🤗

John in the store was great at helping me to choose a perfume for my mum - he took the time to show me several options at various price points. The returns policy is also great, as it’s quite tricky to choose a perfume for someone else, so that was reassuring. Great service, thanks!

I visited The Perfume Shop at Dunfermline Kingsgate Centre recently and was blown away by the level of service I received from sales advisor John.

I came in looking for a birthday gift for my wife, but explained that she already has an impressive collection and I wanted to find something genuinely new and different. Rather than pointing me straight to a best-seller, John took the time to walk me through numerous options, letting me try as I went, and drawing on a really impressive knowledge of the products in store.

We landed on the Tom Ford Bois Pacifique Eau de Parfum, which I am thrilled with. John also listened when I mentioned my wife prefers smaller bottles for her handbag, and rather than just steering me to the 50ml he thoughtfully recommended a perfume vaporiser as a practical and stylish solution, I then opted for the 100ml. He shared his honest opinion on which option would suit best, which I really appreciated.

This is the kind of personalised, knowledgeable service that is hard to come by. John has absolutely made a customer out of me. Thank you!

Visited Dunfermline store on Sunday looking for prices for a gents fragrance, served by Claire who give all prices and size available, I mentioned to my husband that I could not see my fragrance and Claire asked which one I was looking for , she informed me she did have it and size available- great service from start to finish, I didn’t feel rushed and Claire had great product knowledge

Been in a few times before but the best experience I had today was with Claire so helpful so knowledgeable and I’m very picky with my scents but she was very patient and very informative definitely will be coming back into store rather than buying online.
