Dealt with a nice lady named Claire who was absolutely fantastic. Had brilliant customer service skills. Very helpful and patient when trying to help me decide on the right aftershave. Wasn’t at all pushy for a sale. Gave loads of samples to take away and let the scents settle before another smell test to try and decide the right one. Made the decision and came back in to see Claire to make the purchase. Wish everyone in high street shops were as nice as she was.

Welcome smiles
Lauren was super friendly and helpful. She shared her knowledge of the scents and helped us make a purchase after signing up to the reward scheme. Another plus on the store is that it’s not overpowered by strong scents as these are discreetly wafted using scent cards.

Great customer service
The team here, especially Eileen, are always incredibly welcoming and helpful. I regularly visit to pick up a few aftershaves for the season, and they always take the time to help me find exactly what I’m looking for, often pointing me toward some great deals too.
