Horrible policy’s and customer service

We just tried them out and they gave us a container without a lid. I called but my husband was the one who signed up so they made him confirm the account just so we could get a lid. Then told us that they won’t send a lid, we’d have to wait till we wanted to order again and order a new one.

All three of my dogs are eating the…

All three of my dogs are eating the pets table up. I tried mixing old with new to introduce the new food. They refused to eat the old food. They left it. I finally trashed the old dog food.

Never showed

Well--I never received an email with tracking information and, as it turns out, nothing has arrived today as scheduled. I waited all day (8 am - 8 pm) and nothing. No email. No tracking. No package. I'm wondering if the delivery will ever come and/or how hard it is to be reimbursed. If this is what I can expect from the trial, I'd hate to see what happens when I'm a fully paid customer. Well, guess what, I won't be. I cancelled immediately. Farmers Dog here I come. -- Update--my box came today--smashed, wet, and all the food was warm. I called for a full refund and was told I would be refunded.

This organization has no clue

This organization has no clue. The dry kibble was liked by my boxer but trying to get a menu change and speaking with their non-US based customer service was beyond painful. They should call Farmers Dog and understand what customer service is truly about. I would have had better luck calling Amazon.com for more sound advice.

Yucky slop 🤢…

Firstly let me acknowledge that their customer service is excellent and that is the reason I have given two stars. As far as the food is concerned, I tried switching from Farmer's dog to try this product. My dogs will not eat it for love or money! Personally I don't like handling the food as it feels like slop, 🤢
I purchased the turkey casserole with broccoli and the chicken and green beans. All the other products had either dairy or grains that I do not want to feed my animals, that is not in the farmer's dog. I would never buy this again and if you do you feed Farmer's dog already, stick with it. It might cost a little more but it is way superior.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for the trial box. I was not sure the order went through as I did not receive an email verification. I noticed a $34 charge on my credit card so that was the verification. When I send emails different names reply that appear to be AI from a “No reply” address. Today 04/09/2026 I received the order in a filthy box. Inside the dry ice padding was wet and filthy. Four packages of food covered in nasty melting ice; a broken plastic container and a soaking wet card with ingredients listed were all thrown together. A disgusting presentation. Since I had subscribed to Farmers Dog ( EXCELLENT company) I gave the food to our local shelter with other supplies. I can just imagine how disastrous a subscription would be with this company.
This company uses the same robot reply to every complaint. They could at least attempt to be original. Joke of a company.😂

This company has horrendous customer…

This company has horrendous customer service, inconsistent deliveries, sends the wrong food (without replacement), charges the wrong amounts (without correction). Not worth the trouble and frustration.

I tried to find out the total cost…

I tried to fing out the total cost after trial period. I contacted using the phone number a person in Africa i could not understand! Nor did he give me a straight answer. Your total cost is top secret! I give him every detal. I then ask him if he woul buy a car and not know the total cost until you buy it! I ask to speak to someone in the corporate office, And got transfered to anothe out of USA. Any one that would buy anything from this company and can not talk to the manufacture has got to be crazy in the head!

Wrong food sent two week delay in resending

I have made several inquiries with the pets table with various questions, all of which have gone unanswered. Today I received shipment for my dogs. One shipment was correct. The other shipment was incorrect. They sent the wrong food for my dog. I contacted them. They said they would replace it and that I could donate the wrong order to a local shelter, which was acceptable to me. However, the replacement time for the food would be two weeks. This is unacceptable for me. What am I supposed to feed my dog for the next two weeks? Their solution was that I go to a local vendor who sells their food and buy some after spending $400 for 22 days worth of food for my two dogs. I consider this I am unacceptable. I have canceled my subscription.

Beware of serious negative effects from food

After diligently following the guidelines for switching foods to the pets table my 11 year dog began to exhibit the worst stomach and digestive problems I have ever seen. Furthermore his energy cratered. Several visits to the vet honed in on The Pets Table food as the culprit. I would caution anyone thinking this is the answer as my dog is not alone, but the company has suppressed negative reviews. Further research on site such as Reddit finds others with the same problems, and some having significantly worse issues adding UTIs to the mix of problems.

My dog loves the food

My dog loves the food. The food is not the issue. My issue is with the misleading practice of the company to have you sign up for one box to try their service and without your permission they sign you up for auto shipments. They start you with a $50 box and the next month without your knowledge the ship you a second box for $150. I asked to return the product and they would not accept it nor refund my money! BE AWARE!!!!!

First time customer

I'm really surprise with the Pets Table, I had tried a couple of other pets food companies, and the pets table is by far, the best! 🥳Not only for their food selection, also for the chance to be able to combine with dry food, my puppy loves it! 🥰We have a 4 year old dachshund, and with this harsh winter, he gained a lot of weight😥, after a month of starting him with the Pets Table, we are able to see, he is getting back in shape, he is more active and happy, and his bathroom routine, lets say, its much better, 😃he loves!!! his food and is satisfied with the portion indicated for him, now, it is rarely see him begin for table scraps, which, I have to say, it was the reason of his weight gain 😢. Thank you The Pets Table 💖

Still waiting for the trial food to be delivered

My order was delivered to an incorrect address. Thank goodness for the delivery companies picture for proof as it obviously was not my house. This is definitely not the fault of Pets Table. I emailed that night after I saw the delivery picture and received a response from Pets Table customer service right away. They were apologetic (which they did not really need to be) and said they would expedite sending out another box. Well, it's been a week and a half and I still have no food and I have no communication as to when it will be arriving. I did call the customer service number, but not only could I not understand what they were saying due to their accent (I am hard of hearing) but they had zero information to share with me. A few days later I emailed their customer service and was told they had no information and that it could take up to 14 days to get any information. Interesting as I would not consider 14 days to be priority. Additionally, I did receive an email that they were getting ready to send out the second shipment. I did not hesitate to date that next shipment out for many weeks. HELP! My dog just wants to try your food. If I do not hear from them in a week, my next move is to ask for a refund and cancel any future business with this company.

Like the variety

So far, both dogs like their recipes. My German Shepherd is allergic to chicken so it can be hard finding healthy foods in other choices. He has had the pork, beef & turkey and likes them all.
