Amazing customer service and super fast shipping. Every part I've ordered has arrived within two days, and they have been incredibly generous with replacement parts and refunds, the longest time I've had to wait for a response from customer support has been an hour. 10/10 will buy all my parts from there when I can.

A recent delivery was fine, the product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. However the product from Waveshare had not one single word of instruction or where to find any instruction. In fact it had not one word about anything. This is totally unacceptable for complex products and it should also have had some CE certification and/or conformance statement. I gave a review of the product to Pi Hut but needless to say they have not responded or published the review. Im very disappointed in the whole experience

I created an order and it took them 6 days to get the order to me after I got an acknowledgement. I was disappointed but thought it was a one off with Evi

I placed a second order a couple of weeks later and paid extra for Royal Mail delivery. The order was acknowledged as being dispatched on the Monday morning (dispatched later that day). I emailed them Thursday when the order should have arrived and got told it was missing. I was then asked if I'd like a refund or a replacement to which I answered "refund". I placed an order with a competitor. The next week my PiHut order arrived to my surprise and I was aksed to just return it after I explained that I said I wanted a refund. When I sent it back I got a refund but not for the cost I had incurred to send it back. I disputed the failing but was told that's how returns work. They don't care about your orders and they won't listen to any reason.

Late packages, poor customer service and I'm out of pocket for dealing with them.

Really helpful, great products and service

First time customer. Price of the product was significantly cheaper than other retailers. The product was despatched very quickly and was on my desk the following day. Good Comms and great service.

The items were despatched very promptly and acknowledged by the courier. The courier then lost the items, but didn't tell anyone. The Pi Hut were very good in chasing the courier but in the end new items were despatched via an alternative courier and all is now well.

Very disappointed with my experience with The PI Hut.

I ordered what was advertised as a new monitor, but the item I received showed clear signs of previous use. The screen had fingerprints all over it and there were light scuff marks, leaving me questioning whether it had been a customer return or used stock.

What made matters worse was the way my complaint was handled. Rather than acknowledging my concerns about receiving an item that did not appear to be new, I was simply told to return it for a replacement or buy another one and wait for a refund. There was little recognition of the inconvenience or disappointment caused.

When you pay for a new product, you expect to receive a genuinely new item, not one that appears to have already been opened and handled. The overall customer service has left me with little confidence in ordering from The PI Hut again.

I'm a regular buyer from here, & have made circa 10 orders over the course of 2026.

Had a problem with a Royal Mail fool delivering to the incorrect address recently (not Pi Hut's fault), and Jayde was very quick to work with me & arrange a resend which was received next day.

Prices are very competitive, customer service can't be faulted in my estimation, dispatch is fast, and it's my first stop shop for anything LoRa related.

Top notch customer service. An Post (Irish postal service) lost a delivery from them, and the lads in the Pi Hut went above and beyond to get it to me. Excellent service.

Can’t return an item even before it’s shipped , and they answer messages when it suits them , poor customer service !

Poor customer service, poor purchase experience. Unable to cancel an order placed errantly even minutes after the order was created; advised return will be at my own cost but then no guidance given on how to process a return? Perhaps just a money grab; I’d try a different retailer.

We use PiHut several times a year on an irregular basis. Their supply and delivery are usually very good – providing they have stock of the item. Once, when an item ordered was delivered faulty, they replaced the item promptly and courteously.
We would recommend them, but would double check the items delivered.

Competitive prices, prompt delivery, and I can see that there is a working customer service team. My only feedback is the delivery cost. I ordered two items, I appreciate one of them has a battery, it seems like I was charged twice for one order. I recognise that some retailers will not charge extra if you buy a couple of items in the same order.

Always great to deal with, easy communication and prompt dispatch and delivery.

The Pi Hut service provide me, in a very short time,less than 10 days, outside UK, a solution for my Touch Display.

Sent the wrong product, would not replace until they received their incorrect product back, then waited at least one extra day to send the correct product. No expedited delivery. Whole process added an extra week to an already slow delivery time.
