Pimoroni Reviews

Really friendly and very helpful. They're very responsive and explain things in really simple terms. Had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Went to collect a few items from the warehouse - really nice, approachable and helpful staff

Always arrives fast and very reliable. I even made a mistake with one order and sent it to the wrong address, but they were happy to resend to the correct address after the post office returned it to them. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Pimoroni (finally got the spelling right ;) )for loads of electronics and maker projects over the years.
They've a great selection of components, breakout boards and development hardware - all those things you didn't realise you needed till you start to browse! They have the things that are really hard to find elsewhere. And you know your getting quality kit.

Orders have always been dispatched quickly, delivery is fast, and the service is always good.

Highly recommended.

Pimoroni has a very good online catalog with very quick delivery. The Engineer range of tools are made in Japan not China. They cost a bit more but they are made to a quality not to the lowest price. I have several pliers and side cutters and some cable shears all of the same make. Good tools are always a joy to use!

Pimoroni hiding that orders to the EU over €150 are EX VAT in their footer info-pages rather than making it obvious to the customer at checkout.
Horrible checkout design that tricks EU customers.

I recently purchased the NVMe Base and Case for the Raspberry Pi 5 from Pimoroni. The prices were very reasonable, delivery was super quick, and everything arrived well‑packaged. I was genuinely excited to get this built and up and running.

The kit itself is a decent‑quality bit of hardware, and once assembled, everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a great addition to the Pi 5 and makes the whole setup feel more like a proper mini‑PC.

Overall, a smooth buying experience and a solid product that delivers on what it promises.

Bought a NVMe base from a supplier in Norway, package was missing 2 small nuts. Contacted Pimoroni support where I received fantastic help from Hayley, replacements was sent free of charge a short while after.
10/10 product

Highly reccomended

For a small package sent from the United Kingdom to Germany weighing 0.21 kg and valued at 23.25 pounds, 19% tax—8.25 pounds—was already paid at the time of purchase. UPS charged 22.85 pounds for shipping and is now demanding an additional 24.68 euros for fees and taxes.

You did everything right, the retailer is responsible for collecting German VAT (19%). You are also not responsible for the additional UPS fees.

Quick delivery for an item that was of good quality and actually cheaper than competitors.

pimoroni restocked what i asked for in lightning speed even though it was their birthday week. everything arrived in a nice little package in about 6 working days, halfway across the globe on the cheapest shipping option (:

Excellent service on prompt shipping and best price on product

Good range of quality products at good prices. Very quick delivery...less than 36 hours from order late on Sunday evening to delivery first thing Tuesday. Adafruit JST puller worth its weight in gold. Easily pulls stubborn JST plugs from Arduino MKR boards.

Box of assorted wire spools was exactly as described. (22 AWG - makes a nice change!)

All delivered within 20 hrs.

Next day delivery excellent. Good quality product works well.On line instructions easy to follow.

Ordered some eink screens and some other electronics. Arrived in good time and condition.

Ordered 1:45pm Friday, arrived ready for me to start tinkering at 10:30am Saturday. Super slick experience, excellent all round.

Thank you. The ordering process, website and after sales communication were great. My products arrived quickly and well packaged. Five star service.

They had what I needed and it arrived promptly.
I accidentally ordered to my old address so contacted support just after placing order and Pimonori swiftly amended it the next morning and I received goods without any delay.
Thank you Pimonori.
