Pimoroni Reviews

Great range of products competitively priced and excellent custimer service. What more could you want?

When you're doing a project, you want to open the box and see everything you need in it. What I love about the Pimroni website is the details and recommendations that help you get all the stuff you need

I recieved my order next day, the eink 13.3 screen is built well and easy to setup with a rpi zero. During the installation in a custom frame , I managed to damage it though. Pimoroni offered a ‘slight seconds’ replacement and supported me throughout the process. Amazing after sales customer service

I really wish they had a better shipping option like DPD which has proper tracking unlike Royal Mail or UPS options.

Pimoroni have been reliable providers and developers of equipment that I have used in both my work and hobby projects. Orders arrive quickly and as described, and Pimoroni-produced devices such as the Pico Plus 2W are excellent quality and work well.

If you are looking for raspberry pi, arduino, or other electronics components and gadgets then you won't find a better, more helpful store.

Unlike many ecommerce shops in this space these folks actually care about your experience and obviously have a passion for the subject.

I got the NVMe Base + NVMe Base Case for my Raspberry Pi 5 — great combo! Had a tiny issue with the feets, but the support team was super fast and helpful. Totally recommend!

Buying from Pimoroni is always a joy: great product, quick delivery, friendly company with great support when you need it. I aim by all my SBCs and Raspberry Pi stuff from them if they have it in stock.

You find out how good a company is when there is a problem. There was a minor problem with my order, and I messaged with a photograph, they responded within 20 minutes and the replacement was on it's way, i received the tracking details, within another 15 minutes.

Excellent service, highly recommend

Brilliant range of components, fast and reliable delivery

Faster shipping than other websites that sell raspberry pi, also the only ones with what I needed in stock!

Never used before, now will be my first place to check!

I've used Pimoroni many times, and they've become my go-to for electronics components and tools. If ever there's a problem, which isn't often, it gets sorted before I even have a chance to complain to anyone. Cannot fault anything about them!

One of my favourite online shops, clear website with useful info on each product, good order process, goods arrive quickly and are well packaged. Consistently excellent service

I ordered Xmas eve and goods shipped next working day (Mon 29th) many businesses were still shut for Xmas break but Pimoroni delivered.

A friendly support and fun tutorials for products. Would highly recommend if you are in need of electronics in the EU/UK.

First place I go for anything Pi related. They've always delivered flawlessly.
