ThePinGurus Reviews

The lapels craftmanship is top notch and it appears to be high quality. The arrived came earlier than expected, which is also a plus. I would recommend ThePinGurus anytime!

ThePinGurus is always very helpful! I had an image that was extremely low res and they worked with me to fix it. I can not thank enough this time around.

ThePinGurus was fast and easy to work with. We needed pins for a funeral this coming weekend and they got them here in time.

I ordered pins for my company, which arrived before our event date. Transaction went smooth, will order again.

We ordered bulk pins in September for 2 separate events we had in late October. They were scheduled to ship with plenty of time to receive them for end of October dates when we needed them. Neither order was received on time for either event and it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. No one answered our calls or emails for over a week. Turns out pins were made and shipped from China which is why they didn't arrive on time. Everyone at each event was disappointed. Now no one will respond regarding a refund or promised discount. We wouldn't use them again.

Very happy with ThePinGurus. I spent a lot of time looking online for the perfect vender for our lapel pins. A lot of the other websites I felt did not go the extra mile to help me out. ThePinGurus helped me with editing my design and even showed me what it would look like before I submitted the order. Will in customer service was personal and really great to work with,

Received my pins a few days early. Corporate was happy with the way they turned out

Great customer service! When I received my package I realized I was short a pin. Will was awesome in helping me make sure I received the missing one.

Wow! They saved me big time when I ended up in a pinch due to some poor planing.

What a great Experience! Dave was awesome help when it came down to making some changes to our design. Our club will be happy to use them again.

And... easy peasy!

Harvard University's Mather House. We had a very good experience. Ben was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and sensitive to time; the product was delivered when he said it would be!

The PinZone was very responsive to my needs, even accepting a last minute change to the size of my pins due to my oversight. The finished product is EXCELLENT and looks great. I will definitely use this company again.

Our pins came and were beautifully made. We are really happy with the product and quality as well as the very timely delivery. Thanks so much!

Ben with the Pinzone was amazing! The pins came out perfect, will definitely use them again in the future!

It was great working with ThePinZone and especially Ben. He was professional and helped us get our pin just the way we wanted. We also received our pins when promised.

Pleased with my purchase of custom enamel pins. Communication was great! They had a proof ready to view of my design and answered all my questions right away.
The pins are good quality for the price, and arrived on time.
I would shop with Pin Zone again.

Ben, the customer service rep, was so kind and responsive. The pins arrived on time - even in the midst of an epic storm - and the quality is excellent. We would order from ThePinZone again.

Our Ministry had a need of a lapel pin for our staff & members so we uploaded our "Conveying Hands of Victory" logo for the pin. It turned out looking great in the design phase but the finished product is better than we had hoped for & our Faith in ThePinZone was the substance that made things that be not ~ Become Spectacular!

I will be ordering a second batch of these beauties and put them up on the Ministry Store for sale to all the Believers in the Victory Life!

@Believersinthe1

They responded within a couple of hours of my inquiry with what the pin would look like, and what the different costs of shipping would be on different days. Really easy to work with, and the pins look great.
