I recently bought a pizza oven from here. The initial oven had been damaged in delivery, and after some quick email and telephone correspondence the company was happy to help by replacing the oven. Everything was very smooth and the oven is incredible and was really reasonably priced. I'm very happy overall and the company deserves their 5 star review!

Oven arrived on time. The price was good. Experience with customer service was positive and they were very quick to answer the phone.

Recently purchased a pizza oven which im very happy with, unfortunately a couple of the fire stones cracked. Emailed and got a near immediate response, within about 3 days the new stones were delivered and all included in warranty. Exceptional service would definitely recommend

We purchased a clementi pulcinella on Saturday and we love it! Should have bought one years ago, we’d never had one before so wanted to view it before we bought it, hence a 3 hour drive each way. We met Iain who was brilliant, he spent a while finding out about us and our requirements and then he recommended the clementi. We’ve used it every day and it’s a fab piece of kit. I’m so glad we bought a bundle as we have everything we need, the oven is very good quality and so easy to use. It’s really added a wow factor to our garden and I can see us using this on a regular basis! Thanks again Iain!

Excellent pre purchase advice. Excellent after purchase advice about lighting fires and curing oven etc. One peel was damaged and the wrong shelves for my oven were sent, but they rectified this instantly and without any fuss or quibble. Bought Igneus Pro 600 and so far I love it and it is just what I needed.

Appalling service from start to finish.

As a customer who was spending a large amount of money with this company, when I called to check where my order was a few days after ordering I was told it was no longer in stock it came as quite a shock. Even though it was in stock when I ordered it. Everyone makes mistakes and maybe the website hadn't been updated so I let it slide.

As a business, I was now losing out on money day after day waiting for my oven.
Delivery dates were then push back and back so I decided to see if I could borrow or rent an oven from the company until my oven arrived back in-stock. I was told this wasn't an option. I was given a token gesture of good will to make me go away.

Now my oven has arrived, I needed some assistance of aftermarket flue recommendations and they were no help at all, no offer to understand what I was needing just a one sentence answer with a link back to their website.

I'm not normally one for complaints and this is my first ever online but I think these boys at The Pizza Oven Shop must have boomed over the last 12 months and its showing in their customer service.

I'm not saying don't buy from these people, but don't buy from these people.

Very happy with the product and service from pizza oven shop. The oven is great value and exceeded expectations.
The transaction was smooth and delivery easy.
I placed a follow up order that was equally good.

Fabulous company to deal with, we rang for advice before we purchased & we received good sound advice, when we got our oven which came very quickly considering there was a lockdown it did have two broken fire bricks we sent photos & they quickly sent out two fresh bricks. We had another issue which was down to the delivery more than anything else. But it was dealt with smoothly. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend! Plus fabulous, yummy, authentic pizzas! Thank you we love it!
