I’d been considering a Gozney pizza oven for over a year and finally decided it was time to make the purchase. After comparing suppliers, I chose Auldton Stoves due to their excellent accessory offers and the strong Trustpilot reviews they’ve received.
I initially ordered the Gozney ARC (14"), but a few hours later realised I would prefer the larger ARC XL (16"). I contacted Auldton Stoves by phone, and they clearly explained how to amend my order. Once updated, the oven and accessories were dispatched for next‑day delivery exactly as promised.
When the oven arrived, I discovered a manufacturing fault. I emailed Auldton Stoves and received a prompt reply from Mark with guidance on how to try and possibly resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the fault couldn’t be fixed, so I emailed again on Sunday evening, not expecting a response until Monday morning. To my surprise, Mark replied that same night, apologised for the inconvenience, and confirmed he would arrange for a replacement oven to be sent out — along with collection of the faulty one — at a day and time that suited me.
I cannot thank Mark and Auldton Stoves enough for their outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism. I’m genuinely glad I trusted the reviews and chose to buy from them. I will confidently be purchasing all my outdoor cooking equipment from Auldton Stoves moving forward.

I ordered a a kamado joe bbq as it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. So was a little nervous. But great communication and turned up on a pallet well packed 2 days later . Couldn't be happier

Had a great deal on a Gozney Dome, arranged a Saturday delivery without any issues. Great comms leading up to the delivery - they didn't deliver one item that was ordered but for a refund without issue.

First class service and a first class price (purchased Kamado Joe Jr). Package was initially missing a grill plate (missing from the factory). Phoned at 3:30pm on the afternoon of delivery, plate was with me the next day. Thank You.

What a great shop. I bought a Gozney Arc XL and accessories from Auldton Stoves and the staff could not have been more helpful. Both Matt and Ed were super responsive over email with questions, and Ed took the time to talk me through the various models and generations of the Gozney range. The customer service could not have been any better. Very glad I bought from Auldton rather than Gozney direct, and will definitely use them the next time I need a new BBQ. Highly recommended.

Bought a Gozney Dome XL "Full Monty". They called to confirm the order and delivery slot, as well as advising that a couple if items were out of stock. Everything else was delivered next day, as promised.

So disappointed. Drove 2 hours today to visit and buy a Gozney Arc. Arrived to find car park pandemonium as there was an event on at our exact arrival time. We felt in the way and left empty handed with our cash still in our pocket.

Excellent customer service abd communications when purchasing my new Kamado Joe recently. Emailed over a couple of questions late on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting a reply till the next day, but had a response within a few minutes answering all my queries. Ended up placing an order and was contacted first thing the next day to arrange delivery on a day that suited me best. After an initial email off the delivery company I'd heard nothing from them around when I could expect delivery so contacted Auldton Stoves via email to see if they had any information. Within a couple of minutes I'd had an email and phone call back saying they'd been on to the delivery company and provided me with a 1hr time slot I could expect it to arrive. Very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be using them again in future.

The kind of place that creates lifelong customers. We approached Auldton Stoves to purchase our very first ceramic BBQ. We were struck by their extensive knowledge of the products, friendly manner and incredible value for money. We picked up our product directly from the showroom and were blown away by the above and beyond customer experience, from top tips to get us started on our ceramic bbq cooking journey to packaging and helping us transport the product. A first class experience that really gave you a good feeling about shopping again at the family-run-business.

Great online experience with Auldton Stoves purchasing our new Gozney Arc XL pizza oven. They kept the stock of the product I needed (which was not available elsewhere) and had it ready for next day delivery as part of the price. I also got a courtesy call from a friendly and professional member of staff to confirm the timings and processing of the order. Many thanks!

Found this place doing an online search for Gozney products, and thought I would pop in and have a look around. When I arrived, there was a Kamado Joe / Smoking Elk cook school on, and as you would expect some of the showroom was closed off. I did manage to see and touch the vast range of Kamado Joe's to see what they were like whilst getting what I came for. They guys were 'on point' with their knowledge, and expertise of the Gozney range, as well as the Kamado Joe range and accessories.

Popped back up some weeks later and obtained a Kamado Joe Classic 3 and took it home and assembled it. Popped back in again a week or so later and purchased the Paella and Griddle pan.

For some reason the griddle pan didn't fit, I sent some images to let them see and also took it back and explained the situation. The griddle itself fitted on other Classic 3's so the issue was with mine. I was advised they would go through the proper channels of warranty and would get back in touch on the outcome. As expected I was passed to the Kamado Joe warranty team, and that's where the problems began, (have a look at the review I left for Kamado Joe). I was back at Auldton Stoves picking up accessories for a weekend cook and was asked about my issue. Bearing in mind, Auldton Stoves need to follow the guidelines set out by Kamado Joe, so my issue is not with Auldton Stoves, but with Kamado Joe. However, Mark and Ed had a brief discussion with each other and advised they would resolve the issue with a phone call, and report back in a couple of hours.

T/c received on Friday afternoon and advised a replacement would be delivered on Tuesday. This is what Kamado Joe should have done in the first place rather than the back and forth email chain I got absorbed into.

Mark, Ed, and the team are on point with their approach to issues with the equipment they sell, they kinda take it personal, in a way that, if its not good enough for our customers then its not good enough for us and we will sort it. that's the kind of customer service you get. I wasn't expecting to receive a replacement, Auldton did what Kamado Joe should have done in the first place, and because of what they did, they have a customer for life (like it or not guys 😂), and any friends or family looking to purchase outdoor cooking equipment/accessories, or stoves, Auldton Stoves will always be my first recommendation.

I have just bought my second stove from Auldton Stoves and just wouldn’t go anywhere else. Been a while since my first purchase so I thought I knew what I was looking for having moved to a more modern house. How wrong was I?! After explaining what I wanted and having a really great chat, at length with staff, I left with completely different ideas. I ultimately bought a beautiful stove, All correspondence was great and they arranged delivery. Stove was delivered quick and the delivery driver was just so helpful. It’s now been installed and I’m up late watching the last of the flames go down 😊 I absolutely love it (aduro 9). I’d like to Thankyou for your brilliant advice, so knowledgable. Extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for future purchases. 5/5

Ordered a Masterbuilt 800 online on Sunday 11th December, had a phone call on Monday to check delivery details etc & it was delivered on Wednesday. Did a first cook on Sunday 18th dec & found the temp probe was reading way off, phoned them up Monday & on Thursday a new temp probe & control unit arrived. Superb service from start to finish. Just to add, at the time they had discounts running & were offering the best price also they are in Scotland & I’m in Somerset so that makes the service even more outstanding. Very happy thank you Auldton stoves.

An overall great experience. I purchased a MasterBuilt 800 from Auldtonstoves, the following morning I received a phone call arranging a suitable delivery date. However the BBQ turned up the next day, which was fantastic. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. Thank you!

After starting to build an outdoor kitchen, I did a bit of browsing around and found that I needed two Kamado Space Infinite Islands to house my Kamado Joes. As these are pricy bits of kit I sent an email to four different stores asking if they could do me a deal.

Ed at Auldton replied quickly (at the weekend if I remember correctly) and was keen to work on a deal. After a couple of emails back and forth I was so pleased with the level of customer service and professionality of Ed that I had added an RB73 XXL outdoor log burner and a Jotul fire pit too!

Due to the size of the order - and the fact that we were passing the area we called in to make payment and had a good look around the showroom where we could see all of the items that we were about to buy - a nice touch. Being a working farm the kids were shown the pigs in the field next to the showroom which they loved.

The goods arrived a few days later - there was a slight issue in that a pane of glass on the RB73 was broken but again, the service was great and a replacement arrived yesterday.

I can't fault Auldton Stoves in any way - especially Ed. Thanks for the great service :)

Customer services have now be in touch, and sorted a refund for the out of stock cover. Happy now with the service
