Great service from Steve at GardenHearth. I was kept fully informed about delivery, and when I had questions regarding my Cozze grill, Steve has been swift with his helpful advice.
I would thoroughly recommend GardenHearth.

Although we had a couple of issues putting together our outdoor cupboard from Cozze when I reached out to garden heath who supplied it to us a customer service representative Steve was very quick to respond and tried to help .The delivery was prompt but I was left with a lot of packaging and wooden pallets to dispose of.The help video needs updating it needs vocal support and panning out as it’s too close to the item and you can’t see exactly what you need to do properly also only some of the parts were numbered so when using the manual that accompanied the product you had to guess the correct part when finally assembled it took a day and a half it looks stunning and very sturdy

Easy to order. Extremely helpful and very quick delivery too. Haven’t unpacked it because it is a wedding gift but hoping easy to assemble and a top bbq !

Product turned up fine, well packaged, good quality. One delay occurred in delivery but GardenHearth let us know - good communication is a key plus in my book. Happy!

I purchased a bbq and parasol and after 3 months had a problem with one of the screws on the parasol. I contacted the company and dealt with Steve. He could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve the problem, which seemed to be a manufacturing hiccup rather than theirs and kept me fully updated with progress. My problem was resolved and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for the quality of goods and excellent customer care.

Ordered a gas pizza oven and one of the stones was broken. No issues replacing and they had sent a new one. Great customer service - emailed on a Saturday morning and got a reply a couple hours later! Stone arrived Tuesday. Would buy from them again

Steve from GardenHearth Ltd went above and beyond to resolve an issue I experienced after the BonFeu accessories I purchased from GardenHearth didn’t fit the Bonsolo stove I had been gifted as a bday present. It turns out the issue was caused by a faulty part on the stove, and although the stove wasn’t purchased from GardenHearth, Steve contacted BonFeu (the manufacturer) and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out to me! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GardenHearth - this level of customer service is rare nowadays - I will now make GardenHearth Ltd my go-to company for garden products. Thank you again Steve
