This is by far the best company to get small batch custom pouches printed. Excellent web-interface, transparent pricing, timely delivery, great quality and service. Above all the people here Dan, Jen, Damin have shown noteworthy commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of products delivered. I have been their customer since April 2024 and highly recommend this company.

The Packaging Lab does everything right. When you have a question, a real human answers the phone (sometimes, throwbacks are a GOOD thing). Everyone you talk to at the Packaging Lab knows what they're doing. They can answer all kinds of technical questions with confidence. You don't get the runaround when you're just trying to get a problem solved.
Everything I've ordered has been beautiful. I've had many customers tell me that my packaging sells my products for me. My shipments come very quickly, and there are always a few extra in there, too.
I have recommended The Packaging Lab to others and will continue to do so.
