We had lots of questions about the process and some hiccups along the way. It was zero issue getting assistance, and our finished product came out exactly as we hoped.

Package Lab is great. They are not the cheapest, but they are competitive, and you get fast production times + customer service. They will actually work with you and answer your questions. The fast turnaround time has helped my business out in a jam several times. Also they are not overseas, so you can get fast shipping from the midwest. One thing to note: On the last batch, I did have 7 pouches split open and I lost the product during shipment to my 3PL, but they did give me some extras in that shipment, so it sorta covered that except for the lost product. This has happened before with this size pouch, so I wasn't surprised.

My experience with The Packaging Lab was excellent! I received free samples quickly, so I was able to select the appropriate size package to make sure the dimensions worked for my product. The artwork templates were helpful to make sure our design worked as anticipated. The finished product was what I expected and more! Service was quick and the quality was great! Very happy!

The personalized service was AMAZING!!! We had help designing our bags and Abbey listened to our ideas and knocked it out of the park!! We are beyond pleased and will definitely use them for other projects in the future. We highly recommend them!!!

I was in a crunch for custom packaging with only 2 weeks to get them produced and delivered. Quick reply and mailing the samples. However, I am looking for a package with a valve for the coffee and really wanted to see that.

Samples arrived very fast they look amazing I just need to ask a few questions Do u make little see through boxes for fudge ? And do I submit the ingredients and u put in packing and u need bags about 10 inches king 5 to 6 inches wide that stand up for suckers And what r ur prices

Packaging lab has always been super fast and helpful. They have a personal touch. Reasonable people and high quality. I moved all of our packaging to them and wish they did labels and child resistant because I’d have moved everything else there too!
