Very impressed with the work carried out by Louise. She visited us to review the work needing to be done and quoted immediately. We agreed a mutually convenient date for the work to be carried out. Louise pre-empted her visit with a text message the day before (this was really useful for us as we'd got the dates muddled - the joys of being an OAP). We tried to ensure everything was ready for her arrival and furniture etc., had dust sheets. However, we didn't need to do this as Louise was completely prepared with all that was needed to cover our items. She arrived promptly and was friendly (especially to our dog), polite and professional. Her workmanship cannot be faulted and we would not hesitate to recommend her & use her again. Many thanks

She's very professional when she comes to provide initial quotes and is happy to talk things through in detail to make sure you understand and provide recommendations on how to tackle specific issues. Everything was covered in plastic sheeting before start, plastering was excellent (in my case, plastering over an artexed ceiling) and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Louise is professional, efficient and extremely tidy!!! we needed a back wall in our bedroom plastering as it was quite a mess after a flat roof disaster! our plasterboard had blown and made a right mess, luckily, we struck gold with Louise :) and will absolutely have her come along on our next project when we move!

From the initial quote consultation ( on time May I add!) I knew Louise was going to be lady I could rely on. It wasn’t a huge job but it was done on time, an excellent finish and immaculately cleared up afterwards.

I approached Louise regarding repairs to my kitchen ceiling after seeing her Facebook advert. From the moment I messaged her, she was responsive, engaging and thoroughly professional. She came to quote the next evening and was friendly, and just lovely to deal with. We agreed a price and she returned within days to carry out the repair. She is extremely considerate in both her nature and her work, and I appreciated her kind and caring way of accommodating my housing situation (dog / father etc). The repair to my ceiling is perfect, and I even received guidance from Louise regarding the redecoration. As she didn't spend as long on site as anticipated, she very kindly reduced the agreed cost too. Nothing seems too much trouble, and I would highly recommend Louise for any plastering work you may require. I would certainly not hesitate to call her again for any future similar jobs.

We asked Louise to sort out some plastering left exposed after having double glazing fitted. She gave us an accurate ( and very reasonable) quote and stuck to it. She arrived promptly on the agreed date, took extensive precautions against mess and dirt and worked methodically and tidily. She explained what she was doing throughout - I haven't got a clue, but
she made it absolutely clear. She was also good fun to talk to! The finished job was exceptional,neat, tidy and completely professional,as was her tidying up and making good. She understood exactly what was needed and did it to a high standard at the agreed price. We'll be using her again. She's the sort of tradesperson you really hope you will find; inspires confidence and takes pride in her work. Can't recommend highly enough.
